The Orlando Magic has a good enough team to make the postseason, but injuries and roster limitations keep them from doing nothing more. Orlando has an All-Star in Nikola Vucevic and a couple of high-quality starters like Evan Fournier and Aaron Gordon. But, it’s still not enough to make the big step forward. Add up a few injuries here and there and uncertainty at point guard and the Magic could have easily not made the playoffs last year.
Orlando Magic TV schedule 2020-21
Rookie guard Cole Anthony will be inserted into the squad after D.J. Augistin left for Milwaukee as a free agent. Forward Chuma Okeke is coming back from a long term ACL injury and Dwayne Bacon should figure prominently as well. All of this puts the attention down to Vucevic who had a spectacular spell while the lockdown. The elevation of the existing talent, starting with Vucevic is the only real hope for something new for the coach Clifford to work with in the new season.
