After missing out on their first playoff in 23 years, the Spurs are building a faster way of playing. San Antonio touched down in Orlando without three starters in LaMarcus Aldridge, Bryn Forbes and Trey Lyles. They relied on a young, four-guard lineup that resulted in a breakneck pace and more freedom on the floor. Gregg Popovich finally stripped away much of San Antonio’s typically rigid structure.
San Antonio Spurs TV schedule 2020-21
Apart from the new playing style, not much of the Spurs roster is new since the Spurs entered free agency with very little flexibility to upgrade. They managed to re-sign Drew Eubanks and Jakob Poeltl along with Quinndary Weatherspoon. Devin Vassell and Tre Jones were also brought in as a promising pair of prospects in the Draft. That said, here’s the schedule for the SAS in 2020-21.

The Spurs has also lost a couple of their best shooters from the outside in Bryn Forbes who signed for the Milwaukee Bucks and Marco Belinelli, who went back to Italy.
The Spurs’ first game of the season comes against the Memphis Grizzlies on December 23rd. Last season they managed to win 32 and lose 39 games, a record which wasn’t enough to see them in the playoffs for the first time in 23 years under coach Pop. They are full of hope that last season was just one exception.
