The 2015 SEC Men’s basketball tournament bracket kicks off on Wednesday, March 11th, 2015 at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. This year’s tournament will be played from March 11th through Sunday March 15th, 2015 with the winner of the tournament earning an automatic berth to play in the 2015 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament.
This year’s tournament will see the top four seeds earning a double bye in the tournament, with seeds 5 through 8 earning a single round bye. Although Florida was the overall number one in the 2013-14 SEC Men’s Basketball regular season and tournament, the 2014-15 season has mostly been all about the Kentucky Wildcats. Coach Cal will be looking to improve on his national runner up finish with the team from last year while using the SEC tournament as a tune-up heading into March Madness. His Cats will have to get past a pesky SEC field; however, as no one will simply hand the Wildcats the trophy.
