The 2015 American Athletic Conference Men’s Basketball Tournament bracket is scheduled to take place between March 12th- 15th, 2015 at the XL Center located in Hartford, Connecticut. This will be the first year that the conference tourney will include new additions to the league with Tulane and Tulsa. The AAC Conference

Tournament is also known by the American Championship, and is a single elimination tournament featuring all 10 league schools. The seeding in the tournament is based on the regular season results, and the tournament determines the overall conference tournament champion who earns a bid to the 2015 NCAA Basketball Tournament .

The AAC conference tournament was formed after the split between the original Big East Conference members. During the negotiations in the conference split, the AAC gave up rights to the Madison Square Garden location for the tourney leaving those with the new Big East Conference.

Ties for the 2015 AAC Tournament will be broken with head to head results first, and records against the conference champion as a second tier tie break if the regular season results are a split. The top overall five seeds in the conference will receive first round byes in the tournament. All of the AAC Tournament games will be show on ESPN for the 2015 AAC Tournament.
