Mo Williams has agreed to sign a two-year deal worth $4.3 million with the Cleveland Cavaliers, which will reunite the point guard with LeBron James with whom he played for the same team between 2008 and 2011.

Williams will serve as a rotation player and it seems like Kyrie Irving will have more time to rest this season, but it also increases the competition for the PG spot for Matthew Dellavedova. The Cavaliers also plan to use the contracts of big men Anderson Varejao and Brendan Haywood in order to bring Joe Johnson from the Brooklyn Nets. If the franchise manages to turn these plans into reality while re-signing guard J.R. Smith and forward Tristan Thompson, we could be looking at one of the teams with the deepest bench in the upcoming season.
