Lebanese superstar and living legend Fadi El-Khatib has signed with Champville of the Lebanese Basketball League, leaving his club Sporting Al Riyadi Beirut.

Riyadi gave Khatib his official release today, and the 6-6 forward’s move will change the landscape of the FLB.

The 30-year has played for several clubs over the last decade of professional basketball; starting out with Sagesse Beirut in 1997.

He would play nearly seven seasons before moving on to short stints with Syrian club Al Ittihad Aleppo, Ukraine’s SK Cherkassy Monkeys, Lebanon’s Blue Stars and then finally to Riyadi, where he has been playing for the last couple seasons.
