Andrea Bargnani Says “Raptors are the Worst”-Technically, the Wizards have the NBA’s worst record, but that fact didn’t stop frustrated Raptors forward-center Andrea Bargnani from calling his own team the worst in the league. Bargnani used the words “tragic” and “desperate” to describe the 4-19 Raptors when talking to an Italian newspaper. Toronto has lost 12 of its last 13 (ESPN).
