There is no schedule,many problems (visa...),No TV broadcast
Syria ,jordan,Lebanon ... deserve it more !!
last year in jordan it was a great championship ,great organisation by the jordanians !!!

Hope that some lebanese TV Broadcast the games for lebanese teams ...

what a stupid schedule!! hoops will rest first two days,they they will play 5 days in a row!!

Even NBA teams cannot play 5 days in a row!! and they wonder why asian basketball doesn't really improve?????

it s a great result for Riyadi team : i was expecting a very big loss

- Ali Mahmoud ,Jean Abdel Nour are injured so they didn t play
- Also Matt didn t join the team in waba !! so he didn t play
- We played the first game in Iran in their home court + Brian Beshara his first appearance with Riyadi
-Nate recome from the injury and played his first game today !!!
so in general it was a good result for riyadi ,+ as i heard that the game was very close ,also riyadi was leading the first quarters and nate and omar performed well !!

Mahram played bad but at least they won ! the first quarter was a shock but Hamed Afagh (and not Mahram) responded well in the second quarter and tied the match. Hamed scored 25~30 pts in the first half when the rest were BAD ! Nate Johnson is one of the dirtiest players I've ever seen !! he did his job very well and made Samad angry, Samad did 3 fouls in just 3 minutes ! he did his 4th foul in the start of the second Qtr and he didn't play more than 15mins because of that ! Kamrani was outpowered (joonesh dar rafte bud !!) and he also didn't play more than 20 mins ! Atashi was their PG in the crucial moments of the match !!!! Afagh was the topscorer but Jackson was the MVP for Mahram ! Woods missed many chances and I can say he played bad !

on the other side, Nate Johnson and Omar Turk killed Mahram with their back to back 3 pointers and Hashemi had no solution for them throughout the match! both of them had a very great night !
but number 12 Ali Fakhreddine made a stupid turnover in the last minute which secured Mahram's victory !!!

Zob had an easy start (21-5) but after that ...
I am sure they won the match but the second quarter was something unbelievable ! Iraqi team has no import !

Tawbe was more effective in defence, and Beshara was average (if not bad) as i said before, Johnson and El Turk were the main men , I think they scored more than 60 or 70pts totally.


* IRIB3 Pinocchio TV won't broadcast tomorrow matches too because of the AFC Football Champions League and AFC Futsal Club Championships !!!

anyhow , no need to talk about the detail of Pinocchio TV , I checked the football and Futsal schedule and I guess they boradcast a match on Thursday, and the last match on 14 March. but THIS IS JUST MY GUESS, everything is possible (when you talk about Iran).

Inaugurated in the Iranian capital Tehran for the championship of the 13 West Asian clubs basketball and which will continue until the fourteenth of March current, and saw two wins for the host country, A difficult win for Mahram against Riyadi Beirut, and the second is expected to Zob Ahan of Dohuk in Iraq.

Hoops Lebanon was scheduled to meet in Zain Jordan's runners-up for the first time, but the champion Jordan officially announced his withdrawal from the tournament after not receiving visas to the U.S. Ontario Let player and fellow coach Maz slack.

With the withdrawal of the representative of Jordan's only limited to the four cards to the Asian Club Championship 21 hosted by the Qatari capital of Doha from 22 to 30 May next, between six teams from four countries that qualify one team from each country.

Eranian The two teams meet in the second round (on Tuesday) in a sensitive position in terms of resolving the Iranian card to the Finals.

In the first game, wait Mehram the final seconds and won their first sports hero in Lebanon (94 88). Riyadi's coach Fuad Abou Chakra talk to eurobasket.com about the perforamnce of his team in the league, the objectives of WABA and expectations of Asia and Arab cups and here what he said 'we are already in iran we played our first game against iranian team mahram , we had a great game but we were leading for all the game but made lots of mistakes at the end plus cj and tawby were fould out .for riyadi we want to regroup the team back play as hard as we can in waba in order to qualify to asia 2010 in qatar , thanks god nate came back strong from his infury and showed high leadership ! the enjuries of ali mahmoud and jean will be fine hopefully after waba and also matt freijje will be with the team too . concerning bankmed league and lebanese cup we learn a lot from our 2 losses against hoops and champville and this will push us to work harder and to respect all the team in order to win the championship and the cup . concerning arab cup this is the cup that we love a lot and this time our basketball operation will take very good decision to win the arab cup without consuming all the energy to be able to achive the victory in the asin cup which we must win and make riyadi for the first time asian champion . all the best and thanks for this great job.
