UAAP Season 88

He was intended to be Team A this season but his papers are still incomplete.
dang, all this time I was thinking they didn't believe he was ready yet. It's not much but I remember seeing him make like 3 threes in a pre season game against Ust or something hahaha. He's a good 6'8-6'9 so i'd love to see him developed.

Wonder how he cracks the lineup next szn with Gagate coming in.. unless.. some shock departures..?

ram and dom will probably battle it out for dagdag's spot. seven will get mike's.

Did CSB make a pitch to Alex Konov? Too bad he didn't stay here in Ph he would've had a home in Gilas as a tall shooter.
Heard dlsu managers did offer him to csb but he said no. As much as we could have used him, he might have trouble adjusting to ncaa's physicality like ex up maroon anton eusebio. Also he'll be force to play a lot of 4, maybe even some 5 and he's not a big man.

if so, i'd seriously consider going to the mpbl if i were gamber, bongo or the other team b mainstays.
Gamber was so good in the preseason, I wonder why he was not given playing time. Offensively, he is very prolific. Bongo, on the other hand, was a big disappointment as he was very promising the previous season. Not sure what was bothering him.

I think most of his supposed minutes went to waki espina, and at first i was also wondering the same thing but eventually i saw espina's value in the team as a two way player and all around glue guy. He'll have more value on the floor than the one dimensional gamber and a much better fit with bahay and the one and dones who are probably above gamber anyways in the scoring pecking order.

Non-basketball career-wise, Gamber shouldn’t transfer yet. He’s already an incoming 4th year, so it’s better for him to finish his Ateneo degree first and then consider transferring elsewhere for his master's and focus solely on boosting his stock.

He’s still young by college Filipino player standards. He is only 21 in his 3rd year. He can finish 4th year at Ateneo, transfer afterward if he wants, and still complete college at around 23 or 24.

He was good when Dom and Jaden were not yet part of the team.
