It hurts like f*ck, but that's life. You can't keep on blaming people for finding others more attractive. We had that sort of experience with BJ Manalo before. We didn't keep him from moving across town to Taft. Instead, we built better sports facilities and sports programs. That's what mature people do.

On the other hand, it's hard to face the problem if the problem is your face. So you better compensate in other ways.

With connection with my post way way before when MVP resigned as Ateneo main supporter(financer) Montinola is one of the Ateneo alumni willing to give 1M in order to produce the 25M budget for the Ateneo basketball team. Since it came out of the news already. Of course "Hugas Kamay" to FEU community he is doing this to Pinggoy to show that his loyalty still in FEU. Ironic!

Sa tingin ko ibibigay naman ng FEU iyang release clause, pero may katapat na presyo at di ito mababa. Ayaw na siguro maglabas ng Ateneo ng millions more para kay Pingoy since he naman siya expected to dominate in the UAAP.

Experts see him as the next Jimmy Alapag or even the new Johnny A. That's how much potential experts see in him.

And don't underestimate him because his 5'7" or 5'8". Johnny A was the same size and he not only helped FEU win a title, he also became a PBA MVP and almost played in the NBA.

You can get away with being 5'8" during Johnny A's type pero mas mahihirapan ka ngayon dahil andami nang matatangkad na players. Dati pag 6'3" ka pwedeng pwede ka na gawing center, pero ngayon SF or PF lang ang 6'3". Hindi ko alam pano ka makakalusot kapag may 6'4 na forward at 6'9 na center nakabantay sayo sa loob. Makakabawi ka lang pag 5'8" ka kapag impeccable outside shooting mo.

Currently malayo pa outside shooting ni Pingoy sa shooting ni Tenorio. Tingnan na lang natin gaano siya magiimprove within 2 years.
