do confirm first via phone call, as earlier shared by sinoball ABA had at times have their games cancelled for various reasons. fyi, the team of Coach E is still here and would only reach the west cost on May 23.

Thanks for your concern Sir Nardy! I also was surprised to see the U17 team on the game bill. Anyway, at least I'm sure that Smart-Gilas are here as they already played against San Diego.

They had lots of turnovers plus they were shooting blanks from the FT line.

that's how they'll miss the steadiness of Jayvee Casio as a point guard. I do hope those turnovers are not due to indecisiveness of some players, they should really need to improve the flow of their set plays.

As I said before there's no excuse in missing freethrows ..... they just had to practice-practice-practice.

I just wanted to let you know that a former Ute finished the season as the Portugal TMN league leader in blocked shots. I think he had 77 going into the game on Friday, and had 10 more in that one. He is a good player...I hope he gets a change at the big time. The fans here love him, but he wants to leave this club..they stink. Plus it's hard for his wife to travel to any of his away games because we are on this little island.

I do hope he's not a TREE like that Serbian guy.:D

I'm sure Coach T is on a scouting mission.

Wait, so are Christian, Chris B and Niko still going to try out?
lastly(sorry about my persistent questioning everyone), were GMA filming the game?

Smart Gilas Game Analysis

Smart Gilas Game Analysis

good evening gilas fans,

This thread will make an in-depth analysis of gilas' games starting tomorrow. As always everyone is open to share their thoughts.

yours truly,
analyzer 2010

Japeth needs to be a better rebounder and shot blocker, and also Rabeh and Jason to be better defender and bigger bulk. more weights hehe

If they will all improve their "D", there's no need for a naturalized center. Euro League could be the tool to improve their game because in the US, you can only learn how to play individually so much better if they will schedule more tune-up games in europe no matter how huge they would be blown out.
