The Charlotte Bobcats broke their 16 game losing streak last night with a 98-91 win over the Toronto Raptors. Reggie Williams was the top man with 22 points that included four three pointers made in the game.

According to Charlotte Bobcats majority owner Michael Jordan, said that the major problem confounding the team is their public image problem in the locality. Jordan made references to the previous owner that had made mistakes in team administration. Jordan has plans to repair the public image.

The Bobcats have a record of 4-27, which is a league worst.

It is a lost season for the Charlotte Bobcats. The only thing they can do now is to consolidate their young core into a cohesive unit, then try to win more than 10 games.

Atleast they have the 2012 NBA Draft to look forward to in June. One is, Anthony Davis Jr. of the Kentucky Wildcats.

Anthony Davis a Franchise Changer?

Probably the best win for the Charlotte Bobcats last night. They overcame a twenty point deficit against the Orlando Magic to win the game 100-84. Rookie Bismack Biyombo hauled down a career high 15 rebounds. Corey Maggette scored a season high 29 points.

It seems that Boris Diaw and head coach Paul Silas are no longer in a good relationship. Rumors swirling that the Charlotte Bobcats are exploring trade options for Diaw and the last resort is a contract buyout.

It is reported that the New Jersey Nets are actively pursuing the expiring contract of Boris Diaw. The San Antonio Spurs have also expressed interest in acquiring Diaw if the latter was bought of his contract.

ESPN Radio reports that the Charlotte Bobcats will discuss a contract buyout with Boris Diaw.

The Charlotte Bobcats have reached an agreement with Boris Diaw regarding a contract buyout.

Charlotte Bobcats owner Michael Jordan denied floating reports that he is planning to sell the franchise. Jordan added that he is 100% fully committed to building the team.

Many analysts and sports writers regard the 2011-2012 Charlotte Bobcats as the worst NBA team in the modern era. They are currently at a futile 7-48 in a compressed season.

Despite the compressed season, I wonder on how many games would the Bobcats have won given an 82 game schedule and a full training camp.

The Charlotte Bobcats have deactivated forward Corey Maggette from the roster for the remainder of the season due to nagging injuries. That slams the door shut on what is perhaps the worst season in Maggette's twelve years career.

In Maggette's acquisition last June, Head coach Paul Silas noted that Maggette would play an integral part of the team's simplified offensive sets. But it has not been the case as Maggette found himself in and out of the roster due to injuries.

Charlotte Bobcats fans are hoping that they land the first pick in the lottery come June. Consensus across the internet is the Bobcats picking Kentucky's defensive bigman Anthony Davis Jr as the first overall pick in such event.

Mods should change the title of this thread to TANK FOR ONE!

Shameful act of being the worst team in the history of the NBA--- and let's all pray that they are not rewarded with the number one pick!

Since Tom Benson and the New Orleans Hornets (formerly Charlotte Hornets) are planning to re-brand the team by changing its moniker and log, there were rumors swirling that the Bobcats may want their old Hornets moniker back. I tell you that it could be false as it would take a minimum of two years from the time a team requested a name change until there actually was a change. That’s in part about giving uniform-supplier Adidas time to adjust to new logos and looks.
