I guess it favors SMB. But the ACL injury lowers Calma's stock a bit. But I bet SMB knows Calma's doing well in his recovery. They wouldn't do this if they think the guy will be a project because of rehab. On its face it favors SMB but not as much as the previous SMC trades.

Me thinks smb got a another player that they cant play next to JMF and would probably just ride the bench aince the coaching staff loves overplaying the starters

SMB just signed Nava to fucked up TNT... TNT has interested to signed Nava but because his drafting right was in SMB for just to not be used by them... For me, this move by smb killed his career... Buti nalang Ginebra didn't knew Kim Aurin's career will be when they released him... If they knew Aurin is good rotational player, they might hold him too like what smb did it now to Nava... This is one of the reason why our young prospects better go abroad because of this shit system PBA doing right now.. they killing players' careers...

Dont think you can just get a player of Calma's caliber on second round picks. But yeah Calma is just a younger Rodney Brondial, but really what are these small and menial trades for smb. Just go for Carino and louie sanggalang
