Oh okay. Thanks.

Anyway, we don't know the SLA of Noli with RSA. Haha
Maybe RSA is already happy with Quartefinals finish for all his team. :p

Because just wondering with Petronovela and this current drama with BGK, hindi pa sha natatanggal.

yeah. i think most SMC teams never fails to make it to quarter finals. im not sure about that though. on another note, meralco, the prodigal son of MVP is going nowhere. lols. but im sure with the arrival of Noy and Wilson. things will be better.

Dapat pala barking up the wrong treeS.
SMC is in a mess. I will not be shocked if only San Mig will fare well this Gov's Cup. Or maybe Ginebra will go super sayyan again.

could go either way: "super sayyan" or "super sayang".

I've been reading the backlash of the Ginebra fans on social media and they are very ugly. They may start an online petition for the removal of Eala.

pogi said they're barking up the wrong tree. hahaha. oh pogi, yes they are barking on the right tree..lols.

Will we see KG learn the "kisay" shake? :)

THE AERIAL VOYAGER IS BACK IN THE PBA
12:48 pm | Tuesday, July 16th, 2013

The Aerial Voyager’s latest flight will take him back to Air21.

Vergel Meneses, one of the PBA’s 25 Greatest Players and a former league Most Valuable Player, is bringing his act back to the Air21 Express starting August.

The current head coach of the Jose Rizal Heavy Bombers in the NCAA will become an assistant coach to Franz Pumaren, pba.ph learned from Express’ Board representative Lito Alvarez.

“He will join the squad starting August 1,” said Alvarez in a text message.

Meneses played the last few years of his career with the Express from 2002-2004 after a fruitful stint with the Barangay Ginebra San Miguel Kings.

Pumaren was asked his thoughts about having Meneses on board his coaching staff and the latter sees no problem with it.

“I heard that he wants to join the coaching staff because he wants to add this to his learning,” said Pumaren.

Meneses has close ties both with the Express management and the Pumarens.

His JRU squad was supported by Air21 during its maiden campaign in the PBA D-League.

He is also associated with Derrick Pumaren, his long-time coach who also serves as consultant to his college squad. (RJ)

Source: Chua stands firm on resignation in meeting with SMC big boss Ang

ALFRANCIS Chua stood firm on his decision to step down as Barangay Ginebra head coach during a meeting with San Miguel Corp. top brass led by big boss Ramon Ang, sources revealed to Spin.ph.

Chua, who led Ginebra to the PBA Commissioner's Cup Finals in his first conference as head coach, met with Ang and other SMC officials on Tuesday afternoon and was asked to reconsider his resignation which he first announced to the team on Monday, sources said.

“He stood pat on his decision,” said the source.

Unable to convince the pony-tailed coach to stay on, SMC officials, sources added, asked Chua to file a leave of absence instead to leave the door open for a possible return.

Chua was also told to think things over for the rest of the season-ending Governors Cup and decide if he still has the zest to return to the most popular ballclub next season, sources added.

At posting time, SMC has yet to make an announcement on whether Chua's resignation has been accepted.

Chua, who also had previous coaching stints with Tanduay and Sta. Lucia Realty, had cited only "personal reasons" for his resignation, although his decision came in the wake of a couple of movements at the Ginebra camp in which sources said he had no hand on.

swerte ni Ryan Gregorio, malamang matagal n syang assistant coach kung nagstay sya s SanMig

trans... chemistry wins championship :)

Noli looked really stressed despite the grin huh.....the problem with san miguel or any team for that matter is once the business side of the sport takes over.. in other words greed...everything takes a backseat. The very components that build a champion team becomes extinct. Chemistry, loyalty doesnt exist anymore. It shows in the performance of the players. kanya-kanyang stats na lang iniintindi. San Miguel beer... Iba na may pinagsamahan?
