May be fberks is from side of anti-lobbyzim side of fiba too.
I have the chance to see ricky every weekend live, he´s overhyped, not even a top-5 pick in the draft, but he´s a consistent playmaker and has a decent shot ( this year around 40% in threes in the acb), he´s not calderon, calderon is a leader. Spain just played like US used to do ( no offense to US
), too much 1x1, today spain didnt do any pick and roll for god´s sake, thats lame.So if a center battle means beating up Gasol anytime he got the ball, nope, i havent seen it before.

not really.. i am sorry but i am a real pao fan - even i've always got my both basketball and football jerseys each year - and if i am a supporter of being anti something in basketball, it must be simply efes pilsen, nothing else

Congrats to Turkey. The last block was not a foul. If you go for a dunk over a center, then you always risk being blocked. Especially guards should simply go in there and dish the ball out. In & out destroys the defense's balance and create wide open shots for shooters.
As for Spain, Navarro and Gasol have to pick it up. Ilyasova got many important offensive rebounds! If Fernandez did not make those threes in the first half, Spain would be behind even more. As I said in my earlier post, if Turkey got contributions from its bigs, they would win. 24 pts, 10 rebounds from two bigs in a ~60 pts game. That is a very nice contribution and a win for Turkey.

I don't know share this in here but I want to share with you. I watched the game in my bed but when I go to sit armchair Omer Onan blocked Gasol. and then I went to bed again to watch T.v. In last minute of game I remember this and again, I sit my armchair and The result is clear: Omer blocked.

hahahahahaha! i hate efes pilsen because they did nothing for Turkish basketball. they don't even have their own court. and we beat you twice, do you remember that? 2 times champions in a row.. it could have been 3 times if that fatih soylemezoglu was a real referee but he was a paid soldier of mr ozilhan.. don't worry, you will be beaten this year.. and i will enjoy watching it
