This place is getting unpleasant to hang around in. It's full of bullies, and immature cry babies. Even fedfan is getting nasty in her old days.
Do not underestimate fedfan... evil is her second name. This place is getting unpleasant to hang around in. It's full of bullies, and immature cry babies. Even fedfan is getting nasty in her old days.
oh I'm very sorry that you take it this way. This was totally a personal obversation from my own experience and wasn't meant to be seen as bullying or a dig at Spaniards.I'm sure you can speak many languages, and many of your compatriots too but admittedly the percentage of pollyglots in Spain is very low compared to most european countries. So maybe a school reform is in order, considering that the spanish kids rely on their foreign language knowledge solely on public system,in contrary with greeks who have the "benefit" of private education as well.Spain is a very touristic country and as a tourist is very unpleasant not to be able to communicate with the locals especially when in need.
You are absolutely right, languages education in spain is a mess, beginning with spanish itself as you pointed out yourself. I did not dispute that. That is also why my polyglotism is irrelevant.
Oh well..what can I do my dear??I can't help it.It's my nature as Arkadios said. But you are no less nasty, this was not my point.![]()
the truth, that is why spainrads think now refs don't respect their centarsif you want to see people geting robbed watch croatia-spain 2005 comedy and spain-greece in 2007.
ozziem did you actually press alt+f4?ALT+F4

yes what about basque?
you can speak, but some choose not.![]()
so what ?
it's their natural language. Basque is the language of basques, we are not gonna change that, we have respect for them.
Basque is much older than spanish.
So u suggest all the others learnt English through the internet?
I wish I could have done that...![]()
oh and one more thing, I thought pau gasol finally behaved like a true "man" last season during the Lakers' championhip run. especially in the playoffs, he just banged around, wasn't afraid of contact and so on. why is it that every time gasol plays in an international tournament he acts like he is being "killed" by the oppositon team? if he played like this in the nba, denver nuggets probably would have beat them in the conference finals.
i completely agree with you on this one!!!
He's back to being Princess Pau! (Called him that when i was a Memphis Grizzlies fan)--- to his credit he manned up against Dwight Howard and the Magic in the NBA Finals... But this?
If Spain is going to win the gold in this Eurobasket, he's got to man up not only against the opposition but also in leading (and shouting and screaming at) his own teammates.
oh, but you are missing the point. gasol is NOT the leader when he plays in LA, number 24(as in Mr. Kobe Bryant) is. when he played for the grizzlies, he had to be the leader, and if my memory serves me correctly, he couldn't be that leader.
in my humble opinion, this spanish team's leader should be juan carlos navarro. even rudy fernandez can lead this team more then pau gasol can.
