I watched him play last season. When it mattered most, he came up huge. Read: in knock-out stage against the toughest teams.
He revolutionized Lietuvos Rytas, making them beat everybody, including FC Barcelona in order to reach the Top 16 stage. He was the single most unstoppable scorer and playmaker for PAO, when it reached the Final Four. He was the x-factor of PAO in the season's before. He was instrumental for the Lithuanian NT last summer and he has been the key to Lithuania's successful quest for the Olympic games a couple of weeks ago.

He is the one single European player who should never be underestimated, even though he is by far not the youngest anymore. He is still full of energy, guides his teammates to be in right places, still being able to shoot straight and give great assists (most of all awesome in pick'n roll). No matter, whether he lands in Maccabi or not, which is secondary, he is that kind of ultimate leader you want to have in your team, if it is aiming high.
That barça was in a difficult moment with Mickeal & Basile injured and navarro playing his first game after another injury and he did a rly bad defense

Traore, Lavrinovic and Maric on C position. Seems like agents bullshit...

Contract with Maric was signed about 24 hours ago. Next season Kuban will have very good team, they negotiate with some more "big names".
Btw is it true, that Krasnye Krylia have some problems with moneys? Month ago they offered 600.000 K.Ivanov, but then they turned down offer and said that they have problems with goverment or smth else...

Žalgiris signed Darjuš Lavrinovič (2seasons) and Tremell Darden (1+1)

Zalgiris has just announced signings with both D.Lavrinovic and Tremmel Darden. What style of player is Darden like?

Kiev "Budivelnik" negotiate with Tony Skinn from Nigeria national team, probably they will sign him.

Jonas Maciulis have many offers, two from Greece, one from Spain, two from Italy, one from Russia, he turned down both Lithuanian clubs offers. They offers was smth about 400.000 EU, but he want 800.000 :) So probably he will wait when London Olimpics come to end.

Great example of wasting money - he´s an average player who made great stats last season he played in minor club...

You both are wrong. His name is Tremmell (double M and double L) :D

Somehow I don't give a damn about his name, he could be Tyler Durden, for all I know, I just wanna know what type of player he is :D

It's a good job for Plaza, he requested for Darden after Maciulis turned down Zalgiris' offers.

Pure excuse. Barca was probably favorite number #1 for the title and it has enough backcourt players, even without an injured Basile, who has done nothing for Barca in his last two seasons there and Mickael.
Jasikevicius toyed with Barca, having 11 pts. and 10 ast. in 21 minutes. Great efficiency. Without him, Lietuvos Rytas have done nothing right before he came in. They went 0-4 without him and 4-2 with him. Barcelona had to win that game on quality alone. Instead, Saras and the Vilnius boys took home the victory.

Ali Traore left Kuban ?

Ali Traore left Kuban ?

No. They're looking for another big guy, cause Traore is basically only one decent C there. Shukhovtsov is role player, cause he is Russian. On PF they has Likhodey and Shabalkin. Massey situation is not clear, contract ended, there were some negotiations, but seems like nothing happened. It all should be clear in couple of days, Loko will bring 1 or 2 bigs

From what I saw in few games in ACB and EL - good defender, strong physically, good 1on1, outside shooting didn't impress me, left impression that he lacks stability, confidence a bit, but quite ok. Quite double feelings regarding this signing - good player, but Sonny will be hard to replace
Darjus, if healthy, should be upgrade after Rakovic. He and Javtokas are two different kind of Cs, not like it was with Rakovic, so team will get some versatility in this position.
Now we need PG, SG and PF (or even 2 if Delas will be loaned again and Klimavicius won't be resigned). Saras should decide in couple of days. I've read that PAO doubled the offer for him, so it might be a problem, we'll see what he'll decide
