there is a difference between celebrating after you win something and after you barely squeeze out a win against a third world national team. by this logic they shouldn't even go to the next tournament because there are national teams with more talent
OK, so I read now Tapinas post in facebook. It would be really interesting to know who did what exactly, cause obviously it wasn't the whole team just some single individuals. If this would come out for a fact, I think we should question the future of those individuals in the NT. Unless it's Jokubaitis, cause he played well in the final

If he's good with a hangover let him drink and ball next day, LOL. Now, seriously, it comes as surprise, I don't remember such things. It only shows that Maksvytis controlled the team poorly, all this Sabonis trip was fishy as well. Imagine under Kazlauskas Sabonis having vacation at the weekend LOL

Have to say with time I'm starting to miss harder hand from Kazlauskas. It's not even about harder hand, it's about respect. Coach should be really respected. Zebenas wouldn't provide that. Kurtinaitis would provide more. But mostly Jasikevicius. There wouldn't be any issues then and very obvious hierarchy
Anyway, I think it shows that our coach was meh, captain Kuz is not a good idea, and that we lacked the leader. On and off the court. On other hand, obviously there was a conflict. When it turned out, those who were disciplined really pissed of and some TVs were smashed as being said. So, maybe just few guys got drunk and got schooled. Anyway, I think it's not the main reason why we lost. It could affect it to certain degree, but I think we generally lacked pieces that could carry us.
