I recall him from 2 years ago. He has cut his hair now.
An excellent perimeter guy, loves to slash and an agressive defender.
and Coach Yeng knows how to "cut" him...

RP Teams "Road to the FIBA Worlds":
Group stages:
RP def. Korea, Japan and that team (3-0)
Quarterfinals:
RP's payback time against Jordan, demolishes Kuwait but bows down to China in a blowout (29 points)
Semifinals:
RP's payback time vs. Iran, advances to the Finals (which at this point really we will all be celebrating since we have already qualified for the FIBA Worlds
Finals:
Meets China again... And again, loses (but who cares really at this point)
Yup. It could happen![]()

I remember Chot Reyes verbalizing a similar path like this during an interview and was posted in asia-basket...
that was the disgrace of chot...
Group A:
Korea
Japan
Philippines
Sri Lanka
Group B:
Iran
Chinese-Taipei
Kuwait
Uzbekistan
Group C:
Kazakhstan
Bahrain
India
China
Group D:
Lebanon
Jordan
Indonesia
United Arab Emirates
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
the best group for me is group C then group B without China and Iran on the groupings of course....this would be a great gauge for the RP team..I know we could beat Japan and Sri Lanka..But I hope we would do our A game with Korea..time to shine boys!! go team Pilipinas!
So i guess i'd just have to cheer for the RP Team starting now so i won't have to suffer the same fate of "disgrace"![]()

South Korea could probably play small in the FIBA-Asia Championship.

4 Choo Seung-Kyun (190-F-74) of KCC Egis
5 Lee Jung-Suk (183-G-82) of Seoul Samsung Thunders

13 Oh Sekeun (201-C-87) of Chungang University
14 Ham Ji-Hoon (199-C-84) of Mobis Phoebus
15 Kim Min-Soo (204-C-82) of Kyong Hee University
Coach: Hur Jae
2.05-meter center/forward Kim Joo-sung will be out of action after the 29-year-old was diagnosed with a heart arrhythmia, or an irregular heartbeat.
The Korean team lost 2.21-meter Egis big man Ha Seung-jin to an ankle injury last month.
And it seems American-Korean 2.02-meter Lee Dong-Jun (Daniel Sandrin) is missing from the line-up. And the other Half Korean's citizenship papers have not been finished yet.
the Korean team will likely have problems in the post without a true center to fill in. Potential replacements Ham Ji-hoon of the Ulsan Mobis, Oh Se-keun of Chung-Ang University, Kim Min-soo of the SK Knights and Lee Dong-joon of the Daegu Orions are all relatively small for the center position. Ham is 1.98 meters, while the other three are 2 meters. To make matters worse, none of the four have much experience at the international level. In order to counter the height handicap, head coach Hur Jae will go small, basing a game plan on quickness and help defense. The absence of Ha and Kim will hurt the team in terms of height, but I think quickness will be able to make up for it,'' Ham said.
