As far as I know Miodrag Alavanja doesn't have Norwegian citizenship. He is an ethnic Serb from Croatia who holds Serbian-Croatian dual citizenship.

Anyways if he doesn't qualify then there's:
1) Matz Stockman (208-PF/C-1995). Played with U18 Norwegian NT this year.

Hong Kong - Sung Fong
http://www.highbeam.com/doc/1P1-2222153.html says he's a 7-footer, but in FIBA I remember he was only 210cm. Originally from mainland he immigrated to HK at a young age and played for HK in FIBA until 2005 or so.
Beijing born Chang Ying-wu/Zhang Yingwu (1921-1984) was 220+cm and played basketball in Taiwan in the 1950s after the Chinese civil war. Modern Taiwan hasn't produced a basketball giant taller than 208cm Cheng Chih-hao I believe.

@Khalid: Thanks! All added/replaced except for Nefty MartÃnez (most references point to him being an F and not a 7 footer at all, must be usbasket.com mistake), Luis Alberto Hernández (Félix Morales is taller by 2 cm, thanks JRS Bonnet!) and Tofek Saleh (looks like he's also Syrian).
@serbianhoops: Oops looks like you're right. Bosnia now with Aleksandar Radojević (2.21m) and Serbia with Marko Dujković (2.26m). Mirza Begić height corrected to 2.16m. Ole Bentsen replaced Chris Christoffersen for Denmark. I think Miodrag Alavanja does qualify as Norwegian (look here: http://www.basket.no/blno/Sider/Spil...ayer_id=52377; it can't get more official than this )
@sinobball: Most sources point out HK's Sung Fong being indeed 7 feet. Chang Ying-wu added for Taiwan (http://taiwaninfo.nat.gov.tw/ct.asp?...Category=&mp=4).
@bourner: Jakub Kuśmieruk already added.
