Muscle injuries like this is almost always at least grade 2 muscle strain, which means at least 14 days out.

Edit: I see, just overload. It shouldn’t take very long.

Yeah, whatever that is. Hopefully not out long though. I also hope your countryman is not out long. That would be ashamed if it is severe enough for him to miss the All Star game. Also he is on my season long NBA fantasy team so there is that as well.
