dito sa PILIPINAS, mga imports are well being taken cared of pero cutthroat din ang competition because PBA teams tend to replace imports who do not meet their expectations

OUR current maximum individual salary is PHP15,000.00 per month.

There is no minimum salary but we encourage teams to pay at the prescribed amounts under the Minimum Wage Law, something around PHP 5,000.00 a month.

The team's total player salaries must not exceed PHP 150,000.00 per month.

The abovementioned amounts may be revised from conference to conference should the need arise.

you have to get the necessary papers first and play a number of amateur games here before going pro.Since the PBL and La Liga(amateur leagues) are on hiatus, the best thing would be joining Smart Gilas(national team) but that's easier said than done.If you're a point guard or shooting guard that would be too bad since they are overloaded with guards..But if you're 6'7 and above, athletic and can shoot anywhere that would give you a better chance to make the team.

Now making the Gilas team, they are discreet about the salaries of the players but if you're good enough chances are they'll give you an equivalent of a rookie salary.

6'2"-6'4" range. tallest active players now are standing 6'9"(5 players) shortest are 5'8"(a lot)

Another alternative is if you're young enough, try to get to play for a university. This will get you recognized by the PBA, PBL, Liga Filipinas or Smart Gilas if you're good enough
