That loss to Japan, they feel that they are gods answer to USA dominance with ben simmons, ingles, bolden, exum, delly thon all talented players imo and clowns goulding around hahaha

Really the loss rub to them so much that despite more skilled and prepared resort to thi "cheap" rough housing tactics

This. Even without the antics they would've won big against us. They are clearly the superior team . Something got their ire.

Consider this. Would GILAS done the same if they were the guest team? Would they destroy FIBA approved sponsor stickers? Would they try to start something during warmups? Clearly something was up and it's not just mental games. May pinaghuhugtan e

If the fighting stopped with the players on the floor fighting Kickert and those who defended Kickert, people be looking at this brawl way differently. In fact, I would bet 99% of Filipino fans would be tipping their cap at the Gilas players who went after Kickert, and Kickert alone, for a clear cheap shot.

It is just a shame that the brawl spread, involving not necessarily players on the bench but officials, coaches and some fans. Our moral high ground was lost there sadly.

Well we have Atleta, medalla, manila kingpin, rebel, team sure win who does great unifors at mura pa to make our uniforms.. Its nike loss not ours..

Rumble yan pare if you ever been in that situation its not easy to restrain your adrenalin. Simple lang may taong palaban at may players na hindi. Castro is the nicest guy around yet he got involved. This could have been avoided if that asshole didnt throw that elbow.

It's nice to see our players (and the utility guys and one parent) got each other's back. But you have to admit, in the end, it's not going to be good for us, in the international basketball scene. There is a strong possibility that the NBA might not allow it's players to play in hostile places. And yes, we are already been tagged as a hostile place after what happened last night.

Kaya nga, now I know, their so calle ddefense its just kiliti to the serbians that they only let them score 5 points in folympics, something that mentally they should overcome, they are skilled imo and really underachieved in olympics and in fiba ball

GET OVER THE STICKERS! They were slippery and the players couldn't run or warm up with them there. They were removed then replaced later you morons.
And what evidence is there for the warmup shoving that so called happened?
You Pinoys are weak mentally, it was a tough game sure. But when that Pogoy bitch tried to flagrant foul not once but TWICE, he had to be put in his place equally.
Your entire coaching staff/bench are a joke to run out onto the court like that. And your fans inside the stadium, that is the most embarrassing thing I've ever seen.

The fight would have been contained between Kickert/Blatche and Castro...however, if you look at the picture, the Aussie players started surrounding Blatche and started ganging up onhim....that's when the other players came in for the rescue....however, Kickert and Goulding started running and shoving/bumped fans around....that's how fans got in the melee

Pogoy just gave a hard push against a hard screen...and Goulding just flopped....the referees didnt even call a foul on that...however, Kickert, who is almost twice the size of Pogoy, gave a cowardly sucker punch...and he started running scared away.....it took the smallest pinoy player, Castro, to chase him and punch him face to face.

a hard push? are you watching the correct game? He clearly threw his whole arm/elbow up at Goulding chin

What is embarrassing was Kickert starting a fight and then running away like a little girl. And it was little Jayson Castro chasing him. For a so-called tough guy, he sure runs very fast. I guess that's just standard for an Aussie.

Without letting the building owners know? Who does that? They were approved by FIBA BTW and I didn't see any player slipping over them during the game.

There are pictures online. Google them

and yet no foul was called......it is just a hard push...that's all...if it was an elbow, he would have had a bloody lip or nose
