Will you guys watch the 5th-8th place matches?

Rationally speaking a match for 7th or even 5th place doesn't make much sense, especially with no qualification involved

But from a fan's perspective I can say I'm really glad that these matches are played.. That way we will have something to watch between the quarter- and semi-finals :D

Spain-Slovenia seems like a great match-up already

So yes, I will watch them, will you?
 
If Lithuania plays - surely. If not - it depends on whether I'll have something better to do (e.g. drink :) ) which I probably will.
 
of course i will watch them all.. first of all it is WC level of basketball.. and 2nd i will abuse my fibatv subscription to the max :D
 
Of course I would. 5th place in the world is still great result. I mean 5th in the whole world. And 5th is much better than 8th so there is sure something to fight for for those teams.
 
Games are on really early here in the states, but if the right matchup occurs (Spain/Lithuania or Spain/Argentina) I might watch. If the US happens to get eliminated I'll definitely watch.
 
Most likely I will, unless matches will be boring, players don't giving a damn about winning, or too sad/tired to care.
 
Why doe FIBA have this? The whole point of the WC is to finish with gold or with a medal.

I doubt the players will give their best in such meaningless games.
