The FIBA OPQT host countries will be decided on the end if April and in May the first the groups will be drawn.

Five FIBA OPQT host nations has been determined. One of the tournaments will be played in Istanbul. Turkey is one of the host nations.

Since one of the host nations is Poland and Croatia is in the same pot facing both countries are not possible I would interpret. It also means that Czech Republic will be playing in Istanbul. Again the Czechs. The team from seed three is not very scary. I think it will be Belgium since we face them very often lately.
Seed 4 is a bit more dangerous. Israel has surely not so upside and talented players like Roberson/Musa or Nurkic but Bosnia on the other hand lack structure. I think I would prefer Bosnia however I have a feeling it will be Israel. Rest of the teams doesnt matter at all.
I would foretell such a group for Istanbul

I was told on Twitter that it isnt like I assumed but pot 2-3-6-7 will be in Istanbul. It this is true its like a jackpot and the strongest opponent will be Croatia. No Israel or Bosnia, no Czech Republic, no Poland. Very easy going task in Istanbul.
