LBL ,IRL : In Lebanon there are 10 Teams ,6 Are Competing on the Title !! Entertaining Games ,Tough League ,Considered a Defensive league same For Iran , we Play a lot of Deff. Here ,Big Fans Also ,Playing under FIBA Rules !! Many Imports Come from CBA while they have numbers like 30 PPG ,they come here and score 9 PPG in 3 to 4 Games against Mid-Teams then they are Released !! and some of them can succeed here in Lebanon ! ,About 30% from imports who come to Lebanon from CBA or KBL or PBA Succeed in LBL ,and the Rest 70% perform nothing !! it's a hard league ,very tough ,a lot of defense and Systematic

1-CBA (Because of Media,Huge Salaries and Money ,Big Imports Big Names with Average Locals and Average Chinese Players ,Entertaining ,Trying to Copy NBA but in China)
2-LBL (Lebanese League ,Media ,Fans ,Competition ,Entertaining ,Big Level of Imports ,Very Good Level of Locals ,the Best Locals are playing ,International Level,Presence of many Stars Like Khatib-Freijie-Kazzouh-Andre Emmett-Ismail ahmad-Nikoloz ...)
3-PBA (Good Locals )
4-KBL (Same like CBA but in a small Version)
5-IRL (Good League same Like LBL ,but not a big Competition with 3 to 4 Teams competing ,NO Media at All ,Good Level of Locals ,Average Imports not the Best )

PBA = no FIBA rules and no deff(defense?) O_O do your research. And it's not like the fan base here isn't huge. Im on mobile right now so i really can't answer comprehensively, but dude, aren't you underestimating the PBA in terms of EVERYTHING?

If we play on equal grounds let's say all locals, I will make TNT represent the RP, damn we will get your assess kicked. then lets try with two imports since its the norm in your league, guess what? you'll still get your ass kicked. Anyway try watching PBA it might enlighten you because i was enightened when I watched saggesse vs al riyadi. Your best teams could be in our middle teams if we make it all locals.

Remember Canaleta? no one in the line-up of riyadi can stop him even the imports and he is playing in the middle to lower teams. If this is how you want analysis to be made.

and that's because you haven't seen how PBA teams play. We've seen how the best Lebanese and Iranian clubs play and safe to say, they're on equal footing with the PBA teams.

I'd send Talk and Text over to Lebanon and they'd handily humiliate Sagesse and Riyadi (if both teams play with an all-local lineup). Even Mouttahed, a mid-tier Lebanese league team lost and had a hard time with a college selection with Douthit and 3 low-mid level PBA players.

Why Because this Team Talk and Text got the Best locals ?? here in LEB my friends there is something called List A players ! same in Iran ,that mean this list contains about 30 Names ,30 Players !!Every team can sign 5 Players of this list no more ,the others would be youngsters or Good players who are creating their own names in the lebanese basketball ! in Iran Same thing with only 3 Names in every list in the team ...also,when u get the best locals where is your National Team ? a long time doing nothing ,we qualified 3 times in a row to the WC ,winning against huge Teams ,maybe only last 2 years we went with young players ,with not our best ,we had some bad Results ,but this year we are back stronger than before !! With Kazzouh and Ahmad Ibrahim in the Team !!
BTW i Didn't attack PBA ,i thought that your league like CBA and KBL ,i said you have good locals ,also i am talking pure Basketball ,you are talking emotion ! i said it again ,you still far from Beating the Powers of Asia Like Al Riyadi ,Mahram ,Sagesse ,Champville ,Petrochimie !! also go Rewatch the Final Game of Dubai ,and watch What Riyadi Did to the Team that smashed Gilas by 30 ! Riyadi played truly a really high level ,their locals were the scorers of the game if u said that u watch it ! Ahmad Ibrahim ? Abdel Nour ? Mahmoud Ali ? did you watch it you said ?

And by the way TNT doesn't have all the best locals it just so happened that they have a lot of the best locals that are complementing each other.

If you want to compare the population and quality of players over there with us here oh man don't get me started but I will give you an education about basketball here. I'll be generous in my estimate let's see.

Here we have 2 pro leagues PBA and the D-league 3 prestigous amateur leagues UAAP and NCAA and the less heralded CESAFI.

PBA-the best filipino ballers plays here they could come from D-league UAAP NCAA CESAFI or NCAA(US) div 1 or 2. If you want me to give an estimate of list A players like in your region I will make Mahmoud Ali a base of list A player is the same as Canaleta as list A player in our region and that is if you agree Caneleta is a list A player. In my opinion I'm sure you'll not agree I can name 60 players here in PBA as good or better than Canaleta. By the way there is no college players allowed in the PBA an estimate of 22 years is the youngest age of a rookie in PBA.

For a full season PBA has 3 conferences or 3 titles at stake(all-filipino, 1 import unli height, 1 import limited height)or an estimated total of 60 games for a champion team or 40 games for a loosing team it. It varies because it depends on how far the team can go every conference.

D-league-a bulk of PBA draftees comes here. some of the best amateur players from the college rank plays here, PBA free agents, and other PBA hopefuls either from US or local leagues. I can consider 5 potential A listers here every year.

UAAP-this the most elite among the college leagues they recruit players from north to south of RP and around the world this is where rr garcia played if you know him. most of the players here are fundamentally sound in terms of skills compared to there counterparts in other collegiate leagues . As of now the best of our amateurs plays here but i'm sorry you weren't able to see them in dubai. I won't name the players I'm refering to so it's for you to find out if you're interested.

NCAA-its the source of raw talents. What I mean is not yet technically knowledgeable but athletically gifted and has street smarts that they use in basketball. And if they are honed in the pro league they can be the beast or the blur. This is where alas, lanete, pascual of the dubai players are from.

CESAFI-source of recruitment of the two premiere amateur and pro league from the south of RP.

I am not counting the provincial leagues and barangay leagues or ligang 'labas' you can call it the streetball of RP and this is the source of it all. I can safely say all purebred pro or non-pro pinoyballers started here.

Now can you I ask how good your league is and educate me too on yours? their recruitment process, quality and population of players.

All i can say is we really cant say which is stronger unless they play each other...and to claim that no PBA team can beat any of your teams that you mentioned is really being arrogant. We respect lebanon basketball coz ive seen your games but judging something based on being over confident can be your down fall. If you remove your 3 imports then what now? there are alot of gifted players in the philippines and the one the we send to FIBA asia is mostly of Talk n Text which is only one from the ten teams in the PBA. Try to watch some PBA games and maybe youll see...

ali mahmoud was never considered as one of the best pg in asia, he's been sidelined for quiet some time in the international game, get your fact straight.

Talk and Text doesn't have the best locals, they're the best PBA team right now. You keep on saying that we'd get our asses kicked by the MidEast teams while being blissfully ignorant about the level of the PBA. You obviously haven't seen any PBA team play. Yep Canaleta isn't a pretty good player, but he torched a top Lebanese team. As far as I'm concerned, you beat us many teams, but even so, we beat you countless times, so we're pretty even.

Don't say the "same shit" like

"we don't have our full roster or best players ,we can have better players ,these players are young ! "

Those aren't excuses or reasons. We're being realistic. That is what is happening.
