Sani has very problematic knees... I also think that this transfer is not so realistic, but Sport is very reliable source, they usually dont have fake rumours...

According to biggest Greek sports radio station, Linas Kleiza is 99.9% player of Oly. At least, a top level transfer of a European player in... good age!
Also, there is nothing official yet concerning Wafer. But Oly's offer is real. 5 million dollars for 2 years.

The only thing that newspaper mentions is that it is not clear if the offer is 4M Euros net per 2 seasons or 6M net per 2 seasons. The first one it seems that Barça could fight (Andersen was in this salary), the second one is very difficult.
