Telekom Bonn signed former Georgetown Hoya Brandon Bowman for the Starting PF-Spot! Any Opinions from LegaDue Specialists?! ;)

Menorca seems to be intersted in Vladimir Boisa. They offered him (only) 300.000€ per season.

Coach of Olimpija wants to extend the contract of Ronnie Taylor. I bet Bryce Taylor is the backup plan if Ronnie declines to come back. Olimpija also wants to get rid of Maurice Bailey and Mirza Begić, but both still have contracts with the club. Bailey didn't come to first team practise and also he didn't apologize for that so I bet he also doesn't want to come back to Ljubljana, while Begić arrived, but club doesn't want him and will try to negotiate mutual agreement on parting ways with him. They are also besides one guard searching for one athletic post player.

Istvan Nemeth is probably a backup plan if they agree to part ways with Maurice Bailey.

The team management is hideing the new signings from the publicity for a few days normaly (although after your post, I give most internet sites 3-4 hours max. about announcing it).
Could you tell us something more about him?
I can't see what is wrong with that (although you are exaggerating  ) if the source is reliable?

Also cheez didn't write about Bryce already signing for Olimpija... as far as I know situation he could be just one of the candidats, because they are still waiting to see if Ronnie decides to come back.

because most reporters are too lazy and too amateur to do anything by themselves, not only in basketball, it's more of a disease in Slovenia... but anyway - sorry if you feel offended with me saying this.

I am perfectly fine with my english and understood that Bryce didn't sign yet anywhere... just wanted cheez's opinion on the guy ;)

I agree with you on our journalists being to amateur and lazy. Still, there are few good ones.

Aris board want buy Croatian center Dalibora Bagaric, but they must say goodbye to two American players - Kevin Fletcher and Darius Washington.

What a crazy decisions
Just rumors about Dalibor Bagaric.Eurobasket.com started this.

Aris has closed his roster and when he sell the two players then maybe he will sign another bosman-player..

I doubt this player will be Bagaric..

Now it's official. AIR Avellino signed Dan Dickau.
Two years contract for DD. Andrè Barrett in Barcellona will be official too within the next hours. Also, i confirm strong interest for Bryce Taylor from Lubiana. I saw him playing in recent Summer League played in Treviso: it seemed a really interesting prospect, mostly a shooter with deep range, but he's even able to finish in traffic.
He was considered by a couple of italian teams (Montegranaro, but now they are on JaJuan Smith; Varese, but they went for Arizona Reid; now in advanced contacts with Imola, but is a small L2 team), but most of them feel he was too much of a shooting specialist to sign him (Premiata is looking for a 2/1, Varese was intrigued for all-around skills of AZ Reid). But he has a chiseled body and a good knowledge of the game, even at EL level Bryce Taylor could be a successful player.
Other sparse news from Italy: Caserta is taking informations about Britton Johnsen, meanwhile Courtney Sims dropped Casale Monferrato's offer.

According to Menorca local press he has accepted the offer, but the deal will not be announced till he travels to Spain.

Besides, Marconato is close to Bruesa GBC.

I think it isn't correct. Caserta before took informations for former TAU Vitoria Linton Johnson not Britton Johnsen (who play in a different role they are looking for), but now Caserta is very close to sign former Scavolini crazy PF, Ron Slay.

Offended?? Just the opposite... I hate seeing same news on every website because of those shitty lazy reporters..

Last update: Caserta was very close etc etc, but coach Frates absolutely don't want Slay, someone told me he menaced to quit if the management will complete this transaction...
And so, they made an offer for Britton Johnsen, who is way soft and looks like more a 4/3 than a 4/5, but they will use Michelori and Frosini to cover no.5 spot, and they want a system player rather than another scorer as Slay...
Meanwhile, even Prokom Sopot made an offer for Marconato...

I saw him last year in Novara, where he played mostly at no.4 spot, even when his ex high school mate Hassan Adams left for Teramo. A skinny but very athletic player, who made a little bit of everything, but nothing particulary good, as often happens for succesful Usa players in italian L2. Don't judge him on the results of the team, who was in deep financial trouble and went bankrupt after the end of the season. Most of his points went from 1c1 against slower no.4, fast break and putbacks (above average offensive rebounder for the role); i think he can thrive in a up-tempo system, but he is not a consistent shooter and is often sloppy with the ball, so if the team play a complicated half-court system, may be ineffective, especially in no.3 spot.

Crevna Zvezda sign former Zalgiris and Valmiera Center V.Stimac, last season had average 17 pts 11 reb in Latvia Basketball League.
