I would expect a move like this from Fenerbahce, who has a competition still going on and needs a pg badly, not from Efes, where there are tons of unused guards already.

Maybe they bought him so Fenerbahce doesn't.. Olympiakos and Panathinaikos do the same in Greece they buy all the greek players available regardless if they need them or not and then they give them out on-loan to teams of their choosing.

Kerem Tunceri's signing with Efes is part of the "long term" plan of Ataman and the management. They have decided to give priority to the Turkish players starting next season, and Kerem is one of the best ones. From what I've heard, Efes is thinking of spending close to what they spent this year on foreign players, just not on 6-7 players, but on 4 really good ones, or "cracks" as they say in Spain

Bracey Wright agreed terms with Zadar and will come to Croatia tomorrow according to GM of Zadar Giuseppe Giergija.

Besides Vojvodina signing Vonteego Cummings, this is probably one of the most surprising signings of the season considering Wright was offered around for 800.000$ in the summer and probably had similar salary in Juventut.
Vojvodina split with coach Milan Minić and signed Vlado Djurović instead.

Demetrius Alexander has left Barons Riga and will continue his career in Ukraine's club BC Donetsk. They will buy-out his contract, Alexander will travel to Ukraine tomorrow.

that quote belongs to Barons president, but it's week old. there he says that they plan to make some additions to roster and mentions some players for example, but nothing specific. he always says that Barons keeps in eyes Latvian players that may be available, but usually none of them come to Barons... so I suppose that none of those mentioned players will come to Barons.
here's what Barons GM said today: "Lately our board wasn't satisified with Demetrius Alexander's attitude, he wasn't giving it all on court, especially on defense. Couple of times we talked with him and he mentioned that he needs new emotions, probably, change of club. These days we recieved offer from Donetsk and today we reached agreement about buy-out money. Friday he'll go to Ukraine." GM said that they may sign new player in upcoming week.
