It's not what i meant. We all know kobe is a great player... but avreges 27 pts/game. last night kobe and gasol almost scored 100 pts together! if both players didnt have an excellant night, the knicks would have won.
the question is : with bynum on the bench, can the LAL continue the season on a 80% winning? not so sure!

no team can continue playing as great on the long run without 1 of the their best players PERIOD

its very difficult without bynum for lal, because , in key moments, they use to play a post-up with andrew, or an pick and roll finished with alley-up ..
hope for lal that bynum will be back in only 8 weeks, and take a full playoff !

Yeah that must feel horrible to see ur team start a game like that :). It is becoming apparent that the Suns must get their act together soon cuz the Jazz are right behind in ranking and it will be a huge blow if they don't make it to the playoffs. I think they should wait on Porter from now till the All Star game. If their record remains like this then they should change him.

I couldn't agree more...

That's what I said! the Lakers had a very difficult win over the second worst team in the east that was playing without Calderon and Bosh(last 10mins). in my opinion, the celtics have an important advantage tonight against the lakers.

Pacers at Philadeliphia 94-99
Lakers at Boston 110-109(after OT)honestly i didnt expect this kind of result. garnett fouled out in the 4th and BIG BABE didnt do a very good job replacing him. Congrats LA and CHARBEL SAKR

Great game and great win for the Lakers. Gasol blocked Allen's 3-point attempt and gave his team the win.

Lol, what a pity to lose when your opponent hardly make one of two FTs...
And when Kobe still believes he is against an average defense...

I'm still laughing...

Kobe didn't play so well last night though. He shot 10-29 field goals. He's better than that. Fortunately for LA, Pau and Odom both played magnificent basketball. It was a very fun game to watch.

Even without Bynum, the Lakers are a very powerful team. Remember that last year when Bynum left, Pau had only been with the team for 6 weeks or so. Now Pau has a year with the team and he's playing fantastic. With Kobe, Pau, (and Odom), I think the Lakers are the favorites for a Championship.

Exactly what I meant... He played like it was NY... Taking 30 shots.

The Phoenix Suns are already declining, and I heard a rumor that Amare Stoudemire is on the trading block.

Maybe the PHX management felt that Amare would not resign for 2010 and they would like to cash in their Premiere Forward for the situation describes its now or never.
