What a salad! Maybe you want to make a list of players under contract in NBA (meaning, they must return when the strike is over). Krstic for example is not such case.
 
Also Weems and Songaila,Andersen as well i think...Mustafa Shakur hasn't played in NBA, he was a D-leaguer so he doesn't count
 
Andersen and Summers won't go back to USA when the lockout''ll be over.
 
Kevin Durant (Oklahoma City Thunder) is reported to be in preliminary negotiations with Besiktas.
 
Acie Law wont go back if lockout end in december since he signed 1 years contract with Partizan. It's not official but Nikola Pekovic will play for Partizan and return to NBA when lockout ends, he has $13 million deal Minnesota Timberwolves (3 year contract)

With Pekovic its 99% done deal, now lets hope that Jan Vesely will also ''return'' if his manager agrees i dont see problem, i am sure that Vesely would love to play in Hell-Pionir again :D
