What a salad! Maybe you want to make a list of players under contract in NBA (meaning, they must return when the strike is over). Krstic for example is not such case.

Also Weems and Songaila,Andersen as well i think...Mustafa Shakur hasn't played in NBA, he was a D-leaguer so he doesn't count

Acie Law wont go back if lockout end in december since he signed 1 years contract with Partizan. It's not official but Nikola Pekovic will play for Partizan and return to NBA when lockout ends, he has $13 million deal Minnesota Timberwolves (3 year contract)

With Pekovic its 99% done deal, now lets hope that Jan Vesely will also ''return'' if his manager agrees i dont see problem, i am sure that Vesely would love to play in Hell-Pionir again
