Great All Star Game yesterday! It was really enjoyable to watch and was better than I expected it to be!
Woods, Emmett and Blair were the most impressive imo but all the players put on quite a great show.

khalid80 , sth wrong with sagesse during the last weeks , i mean it's not the same team as at the beginning ( i see only desham and julian playing). some said that this game ( vs mouthahed ) was fake, just to let champville in rank# 4, so they will vs riyade in the semi final . what do u thing ?

What a Great All-Star Game ,and Successful All-Star Weekend ,it was Really a huge and Great Event !!
Great Show and very Funny and entertaining Show on Sunday in the All Star Game BTW Beirut and Outside Beirut ! Entertaining Day ,full of Actions Starting with the Big Full House in Michel Murr Stadium with 4000 Spectators Watching the All Star Game ,with the lighting ,the Dj's and the music and the Show ,Entertainers like Dancers and Bicycles Show ,Not to Miss the Biggest Show the Game of All The Stars that the Fans voted to be and to play in this Game !!
it was Really a Successful event ,The players were great and entertained a lot with their dunks and funny Acts and their best Skills (Dribbling) ,Woods and Emmett were the best specially in making this event very funny and entertaining ,they were so funny ,they really love Lebanon ,not to miss the best Skills of Larry Blair and Ali Mahmoud ,Also Sims who had Huge dunks ,same for Rustom ,not to miss Sabah 11 3's !! he was shooting from everywhere also Rami Akiki best dribbling and Skills ! Beirutis go down in defeat at All-Star Game

BEIRUT: Lebanese basketball’s inaugural All-Star Game Sunday saw the non-Beirut side put away the Beirut team 131-124, with Andre Emmett nabbing the first MVP award for his 29 points and four rebounds in 19 minutes. His teammate Sabah Khoury top scored with 33 points on the night, including 11 of 17 from behind the arc.
However, the Beirut side got off to a bright start at Murr Stadium.
It didn’t take long for DeShawn Sims to get into his groove and give the Beirut side a 6-2 lead.
But Khoury and Rony Fahed turned on the style with back-to-back 3-pointers to give the non-Beirut team a 14-11 lead.
Fahed then assisted to Mouttahed teammate Bassel Bawji as the 23-year-old power forward slammed home to put the non-Beirut side ahead by 11 midway through the first at 20-9.
Byblos’ Jay Youngblood was keeping the scoreboard ticking for the non-Beirut with some impressive strolls to the basket.
And soon Emmett came off the bench to begin his show, much to the delight of the huge crowd. He ensured the non-Beirut team would lead 38-24 by the end of the first. American Loren Woods was impressive for the Beirut side with couple of dunks.
Emmett continued to lead to way for the out-of-towners extending the gap to 24 two minutes into the second 52-28.
Khoury was at the heart of every non-Beirut attack, hitting five triples alone in the period to make sure his side led 81-58 at halftime.
Khoury continued in the third from where he finished in the second, banking back-to-back 3-pointers to extend the non-Beirut side’s lead to 30 points 97-67 four minutes into third.
Elie Rustom on the other end entered the highlight reel with a two-handed dunk, and although Larry Blair got in on the act for the Beirut side, they remained within 27 points going into the fourth.
The Beirut side tried to recover in the fourth, with Woods’ dunk with just over eight minutes left putting them back on track.
Blair was again orchestrating proceedings, scoring 16 points alone in this period and dishing assists to reduce the deficit to only seven at the final whistle as the non-Beirut side grabbed the win in the first edition of the All-Star.
Blair who is playing for Hoops club, finished with 27 points and six assists, while Sims added 22 points for Beirut, Woods added 20 points and 13 rebounds and Elie Stephan added 17 points. Rustom also had 12 points.
Alongside Emmett and Khoury, Fahed contributed with 18 points and six assists, while Bassel Bawji added 16 points and Mike Fraser added 14 points and seven rebounds. Youngblood also had 13 points.
The game missed two veteran players, Champville’s Fadi al-Khatib and Riyadi’s Ismael Ahmad, through injury.
The All-Star weekend kicked off Friday, as Byblos guard Milo Abou Jaoude won the 3-pointer contest, beating out Riyadi veteran shooter Omar Turk 14-9.
Meanwhile, Amchit superstar Emmett won the Slam Dunk Contest.

And soon Emmett came off the bench to begin his show, much to the delight of the huge crowd. He ensured the non-Beirut team would lead 38-24 by the end of the first. American Loren Woods was impressive for the Beirut side with couple of dunks.
Emmett continued to lead to way for the out-of-towners extending the gap to 24 two minutes into the second 52-28.
Khoury was at the heart of every non-Beirut attack, hitting five triples alone in the period to make sure his side led 81-58 at halftime.
Khoury continued in the third from where he finished in the second, banking back-to-back 3-pointers to extend the non-Beirut side’s lead to 30 points 97-67 four minutes into third.
Elie Rustom on the other end entered the highlight reel with a two-handed dunk, and although Larry Blair got in on the act for the Beirut side, they remained within 27 points going into the fourth.
The Beirut side tried to recover in the fourth, with Woods’ dunk with just over eight minutes left putting them back on track.
Blair was again orchestrating proceedings, scoring 16 points alone in this period and dishing assists to reduce the deficit to only seven at the final whistle as the non-Beirut side grabbed the win in the first edition of the All-Star.
Blair who is playing for Hoops club, finished with 27 points and six assists, while Sims added 22 points for Beirut, Woods added 20 points and 13 rebounds and Elie Stephan added 17 points. Rustom also had 12 points.
Alongside Emmett and Khoury, Fahed contributed with 18 points and six assists, while Bassel Bawji added 16 points and Mike Fraser added 14 points and seven rebounds. Youngblood also had 13 points.
The game missed two veteran players, Champville’s Fadi al-Khatib and Riyadi’s Ismael Ahmad, through injury.
The All-Star weekend kicked off Friday, as Byblos guard Milo Abou Jaoude won the 3-pointer contest, beating out Riyadi veteran shooter Omar Turk 14-9.
Meanwhile, Amchit superstar Emmett won the Slam Dunk Contest.

I couldn't watch the game since the live streaming wasn't working but any true Sagesse fan will tell that Moutahed played a better game and deserved the win... Moreover Sagesse, even if they win or lose, will remain in 2nd place since they have secured this position while Mouttahed is fighting hard to earn the 3rd place and be ahead of Champville so they were fighting more for this game and to win.
