If this is what you had in mind. In case these rankings were iron solid:

semifinals:
1 France - 3 Serbia

finals:
1 France - 2 Spain

However I'd easily bet on Russians making it out of thir group for example in fact in case their opponent in the eight-finals might have some dissoriented offensive issues, they're likely to pass those as well, typical for a defensive based team. Than again Belgium has prooved they can upset just about any team out there on a good day etc. Playoff games ussualy don't work like the simulation above at all.

Apart from Russia being 7-8 places too low and Belgium likely ending up higher than 17, and some minor stuff, I think these rankings are surprisingly realistic though.

If so everything would be in championship !!!! - Unnecessary same championship !!!!, some statements here that Serbia and Greece are above Croatia are incorrect.

Realistic, yes, but I'm also willing to bet that for each and every group there will be a non-top 4 ranked team advancing. If I had to guess which four then I'd say Russia, Turkey, Macedonia and Ukraine.

And you're likely right about that.
I don't consider rankings as a showcase of where any individual team will end up though, but more of a combination of strenght, potential compared to others based on roster, friendly games etc. In that regard, that crisis within Russian NT got them placed lower than they should be, before they've played some decent friendly games for example.
And this thread imo did a fairly good job as so many people contributed to it that individual preferences play a minor role on the outcome and inability to vote for "own" team eliminated that fan factor most rankings ussualy have. Positively surprised about it.

And you base that claim of yours exactly on....?

Turkey finishes 10th on Power Ranking but unable to qualify TOp 16.
that proves Group B - aka Group of Death!!!

Italy and Lithuania In the Quarter-finals again :)

09 - Germany
10 - Turkey
11 - Poland
12 - Finland
13 - Georgia

17 - Belgium
18 - Russia
19 - FYR Macedonia

So, right now it kinda looks like this:

Group A:
1 France
11 Poland
12 Finland
16 BiH - MISS, though this was kinda close, as we gave them place #16 which would mean the last place in the top 16 phase
18 Russia -TRUE
20 Israel - a big MISS

Group B:
2 Spain
3 Serbia
7 Italy
9 Germany
10 Turkey - it's MISS, but realistically the miss is on the one team that will not advance on to the next phase as we predicted 5 teams to go on
24 Iceland - TRUE

Group C
4 Greece
5 Croatia
8 Slovenia
13 Georgia
19 Macedonia - in this moment TRUE
23 Netherlands - in this moment TRUE

Group D
6 Lithuania
14 Czech Republic
15 Latvia
17 Belgium
21 Ukraine - in this moment TRUE
22 Estonia - in this moment TRUE

So in this moment it looks like that we got it right for 6 of the bottom 8.
