I can't see past Geece in this game. Even without Fotsis and Sofo. Why won't Bourousis play? He was in the last 12 against the USA! Did he get injured again?

Greece will have the upper hand with more than 10 points..
Note that China might make a surprise ..some greek players are punished
I saw Helas team against UA, and I can say greece team wasnt playing good at all.. China might surprize Greece

If China is weaker than the Olympics 2008,then Greece will win by 20+pts ...or else ..."something is rotten in the state of Denmark":D

Bourousis said last night that he is 100% ready and feels great. I presume he will play :D

We always beat China with Yao by 20+.....so even with the suspensions, what chance does China have without Yao?

Easy win, and Bourousis will probably stay on teh bench and only be used if game goes horribly wrong (all our 3s miss and all theirs succeed :P). He might take some minutes in teh end just to ease into the team again and try his hand...

The second game with Puerto Rico is much more interesting considering the suspensions. If they are not reduced to 1 game after the appeal, in that game they could really even up the field/make it more interesting, with Greece remaining the favourite of course...

What pace of game do you expekt? without sofo fotsis and boro greece will play much more faster i think... and china with 3pts shooting ... i think we this game will go over 155 points...

easy.....I would be happy with just a comfortable win and a lot of play time for the dep bench.

Guo struggled big time with the senior team in the warm-up games, shooting less than 20% in 4 games. Also, it's impolite to mention falsified ages of Chinese athletes, you know.

Kazlauskas knows how to beat us, he knows all our weaknesses, and how to press our guards to force turnovers. Its goin to be tough watching out team losing to our former coach...sigh its better to lower expectation as low as possible, I'm going to say 30point blowout.

I predict the two teams will be close until the middle of the 2nd period, at most. After that, Greece should run ahead and it will be impossible to catch.

+25 for Greece

China have some tall and enthusiastic players, but the lack of experience and quality outside the paint nullifies any benefit from these tall players.

I bet it must feel strange for you having Kazla as part of the opposite team. What are your thoughts about him?

Only chances for China is to stay close using their three point shooting, when they feel they are close to their rivals they are dangerous, but i don't think the Greeks will lose this game.

Greece +20.

Greece (Zisis, Spanoulis, Diamantidis, Printezis and Tsartsaris or Bourousis) will start with a full curt Zone press (game over for China) and they will continue for as long is necessary to build a +20 or +30 difference. Then both China and Greece will start making plans for their next opponent.

good luck to China. even though Greece is my favorite team between the title contenders (along side Serbia :D) but I still prefer China as a respectfull Asian team.

but unfortunately Greece is toooo strong for any Asian team !
