Riyadi v/s Hoops ---->Manara @ 6 pm LIVE ON FUTURE TV / AL JAZZEERA SPORT

Man it s not about the Venues or the courts ...
It s about the level of our game and the level of our basketball ...
Look quatar UAE have great courts but look @their level they are very weak
We have a good court ....Pierre Gemayel Stadium (7000 Specs) and also our population is not big like phillipines so we don t need a stadiums 20000 ;)
But basketball popularity is big here ... the court is full in many games ...

ah ic....

riyade lost to muttahed today 90-81 and moutahed lost to sagesse after 3 extra time

plus:

Riyadi officially released Matt Freije... Matt may sign a new contract soon in Puerto Rico... Plus Matt may not Join the NT this summer!!!

So so My expectations were totally right.. This player is lazy the first time I saw him.. He doesn't have motivation to play, even for money wise... Looking for another one is most probable the federation is .. gonna do

That's very dissapointing news :(
He was a very important player+asset on our NT even though recently he hasn't been playing much bball and it seems he's no longer motivated like he was before.

Guys as i said before we only need Ali Kanaan among the abroad players, we don't need shooters we already have many.
Also Vroman should be replaced by a pure center.

We need abroad players and who can shoot well, cause this year we lost the height factor, Brian did not play basketball this year to be in shape to join, Matt might not join the NT, Mazen Mneimneh is injured. We don't have even shooters except Rony and Fadi, but who can replace them??(none) even El Turk can't shoot under pressure, plus he will have a tight defense from tall guys in the WBC.

Sean Taibi, Ali Kanaan, the Fares players abroad ,Thiago Makhlouf, must be invited to the NT

hopefully matt will join the national team... mr kakhia was positive about him during the interview...matt freije is a very important factor if he is in shape...remember his performance against korea in a friendly game and against china in the first game of asia...he is a big asset...7aram nikhsaro...he can take us to the next round...
also this new coach will know how to find a gr8 combination for khatib-freije-vroman
