stupid loss, but having no shooter pf is something crucial in europe. soon or late katash should also get that loyd, our presumed best g, is our worse g
 
I finally thought that we gonna make some easy win, because all game long we had almost double digit lead but of course it wouldnt happend.. Baskonia fought until the end and made end of the game interesting.
Like i said when he signed, Nikola Kalinic is biggest signing for Zvezda and dont matter who else would sign for Zvezda he is the biggest one. I starting to like Nedovic role this season, he is finally not the first attacking options and he is not forcing, if he starts to hit some shots (like in game vs Paris) he would destroy opponent if not we will have others options in Canaan or Dobric (He would not destroy us like in past seasons).
Now we going relaxed to Istanbul, playing against F4 lock and we have nothing to lose there.
 
Seems like juancho will be much more active offensively this season, adding the close outs which was something we were missing last season. what we were also missing was fast breaks, with osman seems like we found the ideal player for that. plus he is way above average defensively.

the most promising thing though is nunn. he seems to be more focused to read the plays, making less mistakes. he was unstoppable last season, if he stops making sily mistakes, he is even more unstoppable. on the other hand we have such a full squad that sloukas being the worst player on the court so far doesnt even make any difference with all the other players we can bring in court. so even this +13 in the half seems less than it should have been.


OAKA even better with its new look. from what i hear, seems like it also has better acoustic as well

OAKA looks spectacular in person. Idk why Ataman doesn't use Osman more. Juancho amazing, Sloukas injured and looks bad. Lorenzo must be much better. Everything else is great.

Were you able to go?

On TV it looked very meh. The lines looked almost pink, the hardwood effect was super dull and you could see a lot of the floor panels.
 
Efes is the worst coached team in EL, They play with the same players from last season minus Clyburn. Why they spent all those milions when ego fanatic Bryant(the most selfish player in EL now when wilbeclown is out) and lower tier EC level guy like Willis are in charge

Fener was ok but the real test will be next game against CZ with NEDOVIC on fire

Yes. Will go on Asvel also and then Oly. I don't think I will connect with Maccabi but never mind. Oly is what I am waiting for. Lights are great. And finally I have proper seat. The only thing I don't like is that GATE13 are near me now :p
 
We are playing good for the early season, but we need someone to complement Baldwin. Zagars is a good prospect but he is very raw.

I still think we need an athletic big who can terrorize the paint. Melli is great but he is older and he can’t do it all, he has a lot of responsibilities on offense. Birch used to be somewhat that guy but he’s also old. Marjanovic is a 10 minutes guy when things get serious. Sertac - I refuse to believe he is still with us

I don't know situation about Washington, but he would be ideal puzzle for us. Partizan will get 1 milion anyway

I have seen zero games of him, but we need someone. I think we already needed someone before Wilbekin got injured - with Calathes out we have no one to manage the tempo and dictate our play.

P.S. Elijah Bryant deserves a hefty suspension. Biting someone? Who are you, Luis Suarez? Suarez got a couple months of suspension if I remember correctly.

Yes we needed someone after Calathes, though I was optimist about Zagars from the start. He made clutch points last night.

Bryant is the worst Efes player in terms of game plan and ball sharing, though his individual qualities and skillset are undisputable. He deserved at least 3 months suspension but I am afraid Biberovic will get some punishment as well. Absence of Biberovic could be big handicap for Fener, but for Efes I am sure they will be better without iso fanatic,

He seemed to be the best decision maker on your side yesterday. Decision making might be a problem but the real problem is the center position. Birch wasnt bad at all even though he couldnt make many shots. Looks better than I thought.
 
Birch isn.t clown and that's enough for me. He is poor skillset guy and he is aware of that but he is character, similar to Dunston.
We don't need 4th center(including Melli 5th), it's obvious we need new guard, but not any guy from the market, we need realy good one to be title contender.

Now without Willbekin we are much better team and F4 material already, but to be in level with Pao Oly and even Partizan we need realy good pg.in rotation. BTW Partizan needs center more then us, because time will show that bringing Jones was a big mistake. His numbers are big(currently) just because he has creators around and they feed him with balls
