He was arguing because they didnt count that 3pt and later on he asked for that challange just because he dont have anything to lose (in last 2 minutes of match, refeeres would watch everything without called coach challanges).
 
Bruh that 5th foul on Gabriel was an otherwordly call. What even? Generally the refs are pretty bad today with very questionable calls, but Bryant was super annoying fishing for an offensive foul on every screen.
 
Efes missed too many open shots in the last quarter especially Bryant. Efes had to snitch that game. Gabriel makes 2/2 ft and Larkin misses the most important one but ok I put my money on PAO anyway so Money > Efes
 
ΟΑΚΑ rules. The crowd was like thunder. 23-11 4th quater by the best by far 4th quarter team in the EL.

Nunn found assists, Sloukas usual smart plays but Juancho was Zeus today. Fucked everything and everyone.

This will only work in OAKA, Final Four will be a different story.
 
Everyone knows that Pao will win this series, I won't waste my time watching it. Toruko with his experience is aware of this.
 
The defense of Yurt frustrates me to my bones. He is so skilled but he doesnt like contact and positioning mistakes everywhere.
 
Only Juancho understood what game was been played tonight and carried everyone on his back for 30 mins. I don't understand why Nunn reverted to his previous patch from last March. I really hoped that Vezenkov would get the MVP so that he (Nunn) would play with more conviction to prove everyone wrong. Luckily we got away with it in the end but we can't afford to give up margins like that. Like Toruko said we can't just rely on OAKA magic to win games. Unfortunately as the year progresses and games become more crucial our ginormous hole at the C position is becoming more and more obvious. Omer is good around the basket but terrible on defense and Gabriel would foul out in 30 seconds ig given a challenge. Anyway good game Efes friends, this will be a dogfight.
 
The Second three pointer of Osman really drove Ataman nuts. Thats exactly the problem with him in the NT too.

Lessort has said he'll be ready for F4.

Sloukas 2nd in PIR with 18 showing again he is a big game player. Very smart and a cool head. He was playing like he was 40 in the last month but an old saying goes, The old chicken has the juice lead the team with a level head in the 4th.
 
Atmosphere was awesome. There is no way Nunn will play 2 bad games in a row in OAKA. Today his shots just weren't falling in. Juancho 20 pts, 16 rebounds, 3 assists, 3 steals, 2 blocks. The most insane stats line I have seen in who knows how many years. Now whole pressure is on Efes, everything will be easier in thursday I truly believe.

Wouldnt expect too much from Lessort. Sloukas was not a big factor scoring wise but made some crucial reads and made overall a good game. I still insist that PAO is not gonna make it this time.
 
Nwora must go btw. He is really that American shooter without BBIQ. He was mind blowing. Didnt shoot when he should. Efes needs a guy like Kruno Simon. Someone who can initiate pick and roll game from the forward position. Dozier is not enough.

I don't rate us as a favorite at all. But we have some players that have cold blood, clarity of mind when the world is collapsing and balls as big as coconuts. That and a coach who is industrious and a problem-solver.
 
There is no better feeling than come home, take a beer and listen Ataman's press conference. This was pure masterclass :D:D:D:D:D
 
Nunn played the worst game of the season and Efes still lost. Efes is so loser pathetic team
Reason, there is +/- statistic. All Efes players cumulative 0, Bryant -20
Guy is cancer, though he makes some shoots, he has skillset, but on the court in this role he just makes damage
For instance if him was injured and Beaubois healthy Efes would break game in 3rd qt.
But again, with prime Nunn and the best Efes, Pao would still have won. Next game +20
 
For a moment I thought Efes is going to snatch this one?

This Pao is a completely different team compared to last year. They are trying to combine the winning mentality of last year with the additional talent of this year.

Usually MVPs perform bad right after the announcement. It cost Nunn’s performance, but thankfully Juancho saved Pao.
 
This was the chance to steal one game and carry the series to Istanbul. Everything was like a dream. Nunn was bad and Sloukas had a couple of nice reads but he couldnt score. Better conditions cant be imagined. Unfortunately the fire of the come back was ignited by the Turkey and then Hernangomez took over.

I am afraid Efes let a rare opportunity slip away.
