I dont really care about the Germany game at all cause i believe Spain will win against Serbia if Pao plays.

so my concern is there any chance that we can defeat Serbia after
last years bloody game?
 
I think Turkey will win, but it's gonna be a bloody game this year as well. 50-50 game.
 
I think Serbia will win and once again will prove that Turkey team is always overrated and that they do well only when championship is being held in Turkey.

Its not a criteria. I think that Serbia is stronger and will win.
And after that we could continue to talk that Turkey is always being overrated.
 
my vote goes to Turkey. They have found their rythm and confidence and that's what counts the most.
But it won't be easy...a very close match that I suspect Turkey will win in the details
 
Sure Turkey can win but I think there's a 65% probability of a Serbian win.

I think Serbia will win because I think they are a better and tougher team. Besides that, I also think that Turkey struggles against a team like Serbia. Two years ago Turkey won in a tight game, but most Serbian players were immature and last year it was no doubt the home court advantage which decided the game. So I think Serbia has more chances to win now. Ofcourse Turkey can play a good game and win also, but Serbia has the upper hand between these two.
 
As i told before Turkey`s main problem are the guards.
Turkey has 0 quality guards so the ball can`t go to the tall guys good enough.
ofcourse on the other hand has players like turkoglou , iliasova and preldzic that do not need the guards to make things happen.
i would say that in a 10 games series serbia would win the 7.
In one game....Anything can happen so yes , why not?
Turkey could win but chances are for Serbia.
 
From what I saw of Serbia so far their defense kinda blows this tournament...Turkey will have their chances since they will most definitely be owning the boards and it will be only the question if their guards will start hitting some open shots. My money is still on serbs though
 
They could win against every team in Europe.

They could lose from every team in Europe.


Let's hope that our coach and some of the older players realise what should they do in/with the team. They are not in Lithuania to spend taxpayers money for nothing :mad:
 
Honestly ı can not see us beating serbia particularly in a win-or-go home game. İ csn lay down some reasons:
They do have more legit players that can thrive under pressure, they are indeed one of the few teams that is superior to us talent wise. So in a tight game in which every player will be pushed to their utmost limits, their potential highest performance is greater than us. Besides, their motivation for revenge constitutes another major factor.

So, Only possibility that can let us qualify is spain's possible defeats against both france and serbia..
 
Does anyone know did Asik find his eye that he lost in wc semifinal? If he didnt our guys will help him to find it. he is just one small man with no competition spiriti and no sportsmanship :mad::mad::mad::mad: Go Serbia

I agree with most things except what is in bold. Talent wise only Spain and France compete with Turkey. Lietuva comes close. Serbs have more chemistry and maturity as a team. Also better coaching. That is their largest advantage. On paper Turks should beat them like the French did and Lietuva did. On paper....
 
Could be another classic game in the making. I will definitely watch. Screw work.
