2012 U16 European Championship

Maybe he hasn't the potential of a Gallinari but he's a great prospect anyway...

i think it's way to early to say what kind upside each kid have at 15-16.....at this stage how each kid matured is also big factor....just for sample marko tomas was 12th player of croatian 85. generation, nikola garma best at u-16 championship. today tomas has several big contracts, nikola garma plays croatian a2 league

that's why for sampe i'm sceptic about mazalin or ulubay especially...i'm not expert, but i can se ulubay has quite strong beard wich idicates that he doesn't have much physical development left, whille spanish shooter garcia looks more like 13, then 16

I think 16 years-old is enough to see what kind of potential a kid has... obviously there are exceptions or players that mature later but from 16 to 18 you can judge the potential of any player imo. Also regarding physical development as you pointed out...

Average 15 year-old Turkish kid has same strong beard.Most Turks,especially from Eastern regions, have stronger beard than Ulubay at that age.Don't compare Turks to Europeans
