The great problem will be next week against Khimki...who will stop Javtokas and Mozgov??
I think Cibona is the best team Baskonia can face this week.
It´s not a strong team inside, allways playing open with Tomas, Gordon, Udrih and Bogdanovic. With Bagaric still sidelined....Andric is the only real threat....I think.

totally agree!! the difficult game, the key, is against khimki. that game is in 10 days, maybe with some luck splitter could be..... I hope good play by eliyahu and herrmann.
baskonia have very bad luck with the injuries, this year is amazing:
-marcelinho one month moreless injured twice (starter PG)
-oleson all the year injured, two operations, in two weeks is playing again (starter SG)
-herrmann was 7 months without playing and he returned the month before (teorically starter forward)
-eliyahu was injured one month moreless, and now is with pubis problems, with pain the last month, and the week before without training. (bench PF)
-barac was playing well but..... injured two or three weeks more (bench C)
-splitter two weeks (the star of the team)
so, teletovic, san emeterio, english and ribas are the players without important injuries, three of them bench players..... and are playing all the year as starter (mainly san emeterio and english)
I think that baskonia and dusko have a lot of merit because baskonia is playing well. second in ACB (16-3) and still with options in euroleague.
with all players sane, could be a very hard team in possible quarterfinals.

you should call that normal reaction of human body towards Ivanović's training sessions..

oleson was injured in fuenlabrada de year before.
herrmann also was injured when he came.
they knew that were injured, dangerous deals. in the case of oleson the first operation wasn`t enough to cure him.
splitter was bad luck, against alicante, was a knock with another player.

Well, that seems to be the case in the Eurooleague match, but then he went on playing only 8 min in polish league... I'd hate to waste one of my changes on him.
Both Batiste and Bouroussis are fit for the Euroleague matches.
Batiste claimed he could play even against Partizan and Olympia G.S., but coach decided to rest him.
Bouroussis had a nose fracture and was rested during the weekend. I imagine he'll play with a mask.

Nothing to do with injury - whole team was out of focus in that game. QW had a really shi^&y start - not hitting open shots, having stupid offensive fouls and turnovers. He wanted as far as i have noticed to get back on court in Q4, but Pacesas was mad about him, went to the end of bench (where Woods was sitting) and showed him his stats
He's not injured or so on, but also not at the top of his form to be honest.
