Released in 2009, the Nike Air Max LeBron VII was LeBron James’ seventh signature shoe under his Nike partnership. According to Kixify, the LeBron 7’s were the first shoe of LeBron’s that featured the visible Air Max Bubble rather than the Air Max Zoom cushioning that we were used to seeing from Nike in this time period.

From a shoe technology point of view, these were innovative in that they featured Flywire engineering that included 23 wires which was LeBron’s number with the Cavaliers. The revolutionary new shoe also had Air Max cushioning. The LeBron 7’s weren’t a bad looking shoe either, take a look at some of the different designs and colorways available.
