Name: Yue Sun Nickname: N/A Born: November 06, 1985 Status: Active Origin: Hebei, China Height: 6-9/2,06m Weight: 200lbs/92kg Schools: N/A Drafted: Undrafted Languages: Chinese Website: InterBasket Teams (jersey): Chinese National Team, Beijing Aoshen (China-CBA), Aoshen (USA-ABA). Ibn Notes: From Fiba.com: Sun Yue is the most promising player of Chinese basketball. At nearly 21, this 2.06 meter-tall point guard has already attracted comparisons with Magic Johnson. His size allows him to have great court vision, and his ball-handling and passing skills are impressive. He is also a decent defender. He needs to improve his shooting and must get quicker. But if he continues to develop his game, he will be in the NBA in the near future. Sun Yue is playing for the Beijing Aoshen Olympian. In 2004, his team refused to let him join the Under-20 Chinese National Team and was expelled from the CBA. This season, the Beijing Aoshen Olympian joined the ABA, a minor league in the United States. Sun Yue joined the National Team for the first time this summer, and he may be one of the team's key players for the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing. |
