The second day of the 2015 Eurobasket tournament features a full schedule of matches including Ukraine vs. Czech Republic, Turkey vs. Spain, Italy, Greece, The Netherlands and Georgia.

GROUP A: Russia vs. Poland (Live Online) Both Poland and Russia had tight games on day one with different results: Poland won while Russia lost their opener. Poland wants to cement themselves in Group A with another win and early as it is, Russia can’t afford to lose if they want to remain in the pack.
GROUP B: Spain vs. Turkey (Live Online) Spain is under pressure after losing to Serbia while Turkey pulled out a tight match vs. Italy on the first day. Most won’t expect Spain to lose consecutive games in the group but Turkey obviously is going to put up a good fight to try and upset.
GROUP B: Iceland vs. Italy (Live Online) Though they lost to Germany, Iceland proved they are not an easy out in group B. Italy fell to Turkey in a tough game that was decided by two points. Still, they have powerful offensive weapons at their disposal. Look for Italy to pull it out.
Group C: Greece vs. Croatia (Live Online) This is considered by many as the game of the day. Both Croatia and Greece are strong teams with nothing less than being number one in Group C as an acceptable outcome. Two powerful teams colliding, this is the game to watch on day 2 of Eurobasket.
Group D: Ukraine vs. Czech Republic (Live Online) Ukraine continues to impress with each tournament, legitimizing themselves as a threat. This game will highlight two of Europe’s best big men: Ukraine’s Kyrylo Fesenko against CZE’s Jan Vesely.
The 39th European Championships of Basketball, also known as Eurobasket will determine two Olympic berths for the 2016 Rio games. It will also answer which five teams, those that finish in 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th position will play in the World Olympic Qualifying Tournament to grab the remaining Olympic berths.
