It’s down to the final four teams in this year’s Eurobasket – Croatia, France, Lithuania and Spain will battle tomorrow to see who will play in the title game.
The first game on the Friday night schedule will be a qualification match featuring Ukraine vs. Italy. the two teams that lost in yesterday’s quarterfinals (Follow Italy vs. Ukraine in Eurobasket forum).
- 14:30: Italy – Ukraine (Watch Online)
- 17:45: Lithuania – Croatia (Watch Online)
- 21:00: Spain – France (Watch Online)
After shutting down Italy in the second half, Lithuania moved on to the semifinals. The Lithuanians will take on a red-hot Croatia squad that has won eight straight games, after dropping their first game of the tournament to Spain (Follow Lithuania vs. Croatia).
The other semifinal game is a clash of powerhouses in France vs. Spain. Blue against Red. Tony Parker, Nicholas Batum, and Alexis Ajinca will face off versus Ricky Rubio, Rudy Fernandez and Marc Gasol (Discuss Spain vs. France in our forum).
All Eurobasket games are being played in the Stožice Arena located in Ljubljana, Slovenia. All four semifinalists are now guaranteed a spot in next year’s FIBA World Cup in Spain.
The two remaining berths will be determined by the winners of the qualification games – Slovenia has already locked one of those spots up, and the winner between Italy and Ukraine will get the last World Cup berth.
