Thanks to the Defense Media Activity (DMA) and the American Forces Network (AFN), you can stream and watch Super Bowl LVIII on the AFN Now app this postseason. Historically, AFN has broadcast the Super Bowl on its regular airing but has not delivered streaming sports content until this season.

When does the 2024 Super Bowl Start?

If you are stationed or live abroad, synchronizing your viewing time with live games can always be exciting. The Super Bowl LVIII will technically start at 6:30 PM Eastern Time / 3:30 PM Pacific Time, so if you are stationed in Germany for example, the kickoff will be at 00:30 am your time. How Do I Sign Up for the AFN Streaming Service?

The first step is to download the AFN Now app from the Apple App store or Google Play. Then, you will want to go to https://afn-now.myafn.mil to register for the service. Information that you will need to have handy is your: DoD ID, date of birth, and email to receive your confirmation, and a working phone number (including the country code). On the site, select the register button, and if successful, you will get a verification link on the email you provided. When you click this link, it will let you setup a password and you are all set to watch the Super Bowl and other content delivered by AFN.

How Much of the Super Bowl is AFN Streaming in 2024?

AFN will start their coverage of the game at 11 am Eastern Time. The organization has been delivering entertainment content to service members for 82 years and counting now.
