Luke Ridnour looks for his 6th team this summer

The NBA Summer League has already started and teams are seriously preparing for their training camps. One of the rare players anybody expected to change teams during the off-season was Luke Ridnour who played the last season for the Orlando Magic and it was pretty logical that the team keeps him on the roster so he could transfer his know-how to young guards Elfrid Payton and Victor Oladipo, but destiny had something else in plan for the veteran.

Ridnour was first traded to the Memphis Grizzlies for the draft rights of Jānis Timma. He “spent” only one day at Memphis being later traded to the Charlotte Hornets for Matt Barnes. On the same day, the Hornets decided to send Ridnour to Oklahoma alongside with a second rounder in exchange for Jeremy Lamb. The Thunder who are not so packed at the PG position, decided to clear cap space and trade with the Raptors and their rights for Tomislav Zubčić. Yesterday Ridnour was waived by the Raptors and he’s been left on the free agent market, looking for a new team.
