When an NBA player scores 37 points, it’s a great night of work for four quarters of play but when a player does that in one quarter, that’s something special, in fact that’s an NBA record.

In order to pour in that many points, it’s likely that one would have to be a great three-point shooter. Klay Thompson did just that last night vs. the Sacramento Kings.

Thompson hit nine threes, was 13-13 from the field in the thurd quarter in a shooting display that set thr NBA record for points in one quarter. demolished the NBA record for points in a quarter when he put up 37 in the third tonight against Sacramento. Here’s all of Klay’s 37 points in one video:

What makes it even more amazing is that Thonpson didn’t even score in the quarter’s first two minutes; hitting his first basket with 9:55 remaining.
