If he turns out to be decent expect Longhair to move heaven and earth to acquire him. If he's a bust they'll discard him like Tratter.

Once training can restart, roster trimming will happen for teams like UP and DLSU.

Chambers is a interesting choice, given his connections with former UST coach Aric Del Rosario, waiting for Alex Compton to throw his hat on the race as well (he did play for the Sunkist-UST Tigers for the old PBL)

                      • I thought I would be finally able to root for DLSU this year without ECJ in the picture.

They just became worse being backed directly by D29+1 ‘s family despite DLSU publicity condemning ejk and supporting Leni and Ressa. Dlsu is embarrassing for them to allow this. I hope they can publicly criticized for this

that's why i find if difficult to support/watch the UAAP despite attending 3 its member schools. You two universities who condemns ejk/authoritarian rulers yet willfully accept money from cohorts of either local or foreign dictators. We also have a university who is a remnant of the Spanish colonization. Another university has all the woke people in the country yet once given the opportunity to lead, they became the very ones they hate. Plus the UAAP also reflects the deep recurring problems of Phil. Society. Ok that's enough OT for the day...only way to fix this is to regulate boosters/financiers

                          • Every school is backed by the ruling elites who gain wealth via the explotation of labor, some worse than others obviously but just like MVP's mining scandal with Ateneo, if you want to play in a money league like the UAAP you'd have to deal with less than savory characters.

time in college plus time to play in the local leagues,I think around this time it will be sufficient for them to be considered by FIBA, unless they change the rules again.

But DLSU is the only school being two face about it.
They were very much anti DU29 now they’re bending over to take his money in.

                                Shameful to say the least.
Other schools aren’t as bad as that.
