    Default European Member Intro Thread

Have a decently successful introduction thread in the Asia/Middle East/Oceania forum, thought it would be a good idea to have one here too.

So new members... introduce yourselves in this thread.

The main reasons for a huge "Welcome" dude...
Sexuality when one reaches their 30s is either mainstream or sick, but no matter what, it isn't pure

    Default Hi, I'm Ilya

I guess I should have posted here first, but, obviously, my navigating skills are very poor.

I am female, healthy and it's the first time I have joined a forum of this kind, mainly because all the reactions from people around here have impressed me during the past days - since I started lurking that is. Sportsmanship- I admire it.

You guys make me feel like I am from a different planet, because my knowledge of bball is still what it was when I started watching it, in 1986, and I can honestly say I still get confused over some of the newer rules, while you seem to know it all. I swear, I had never noticed the word point guard, although I'm sure Skountis must have been using the word for ages, I used to live in the word of play makers. Been watching without paying any notice to the technical details.

I am from Athens, will be staying in Thessaloniki till March 2007 and the climate is killing me.

Just thought I would say hello. I am going to be following a player who just signed with Eldo Napoli. His name is Tierre Brown and my son was his high school coach. Tierre is a great player and should do well. I love the game of Basketball and am new to the Euro league, but from what happened to our USA guys over there in Europe this year, I think I better get to know the league better. You guys play great basketball and I am looking forward to participating in some discussions. I guess that is about it.

My God i've already posted about 70 p and still remain unintroduced...
    How rude from me....
So lets make up even a little bit late
    I'm 30 yo, greek.
I am a veterinarian, phD in Food Hygiene.
I'm a big fan of bball since 1987 (galis is the reason, maybe the same for all greeks. So if u want to blame someone for all of us annoying greek bball lovers blame this man).
I always wanted to discuss about bball and this forum gave me the opportunity

ps The only problem (now i found my paradise) is that i have to serve the greek army for 1 year so starting from February 2007 i will be lost for 12 months.

    HI to everyone here.............

    Hi,
I'm 26, from Slovenia, a student of anthropolgy.
A real bball lover since I can remember (that is at least 20 years, maybe more). I love to watch bball, read about bball and play bball, even though I never trained.

Hi I am Tom (40) from Ljubljana, Slovenia
I used to play BB long time ago 'til the injury...I still do but only twice a week (and carefully* )
I think basketball is the best sport of all...
Apart from locals, I like players from former YU countries, Lithuania, Greece and Spain...and yes even some from USA.
Especially the ones from the "REAL" dream team...
and I hate defensive approach to the game!

Greetings from Piraeus ! I joined your community out of obligation because there is some serious misinformation going on in here concerning hellenic- european bball. I mean who on earth, would be proud of wiining a cup when whole Europe was asking from Barcelona B.C. their forgiveness...

    Welcome to our boards, bolo.

However, just as a warning let me tell you that if you are here to provoke or to look for fights with your green friends, then this is not the right place.

Stick around and enjoy our community and our discussions.
