Still, people taller than 2 meters are pretty rare, but there are plenty of ones above 190 cm.
Hey, Beva, I have a question. The link that you posted has 10 classes, as far as you know, how many guys are over 2 meter? how many guys are over 190cm+?

    I honestly don't know.

Maybe cuople of them are above two meters, but I would say 20-30 % of them are 190+. Most of the guys are between 180-190 cm, I believe there are fewer guys shorter than 180 then there are those taller than 190.
I changed my signature, now it says something completely different!

I think It's about %25, number of young guys over 190 cm in Dinaric Alps. For Dutch, I would say the same number but in Balkans, I think there are more extra- tall people, like +210, comparing to Netherlands.
As a person who has Bosniak roots, I'm 1.86 m, not tall at all

180 is normal height in my opinion. If you have more than 195 you should play basketball and volleyball
It seems that year per year the people get taller. My father & mom have 165 cm and I am 180 cm.

Thank you, Beva. I agree with you. 25%- 30% of them are 190+. Among these 10 classes in the school,

    III.9-i-razrednica-Gordana-Krezo.jpg
This one should be the shortest, I can't see any one is tower 195cm.

And this class is highest one on average.

As far as I'm concerned, the tallest guy in this class should be around 205cm, and 5 guys are above 195+ at least. maybe more. So impressive.

Please upgrade this. I studied in Spain for 2 years and the average men there is almost 6'. I am from Idaho and 5'7" and most women were my height or taller. Look at their tennis players, most of them are above 6'2" and they have top NBA players too. A short nation wouldn't have any of that

I studied in Spain for 2 years with my boyfriend and the data here is so wrong. We are both white and from Philadelphia and my boyfriend is 5'10" and I am 5'7" which is tall for a USA woman. Most of the time my husband was the smaller person in a sea of white men while I was almost the same for there were very tall girls too. Most Spanish men were over 6' tall, very skinny and most have green eyes. IF they were that short then they would not be having any players at the NBA. The average tennis player is also over 6'2" tall: Ferrero, Nadal, Feliciano Lopez, Carlos Moya are around 6'2". They also have some of the top male models and women in the world and they are quite tall too. Much smaller Europeans we found in Greece, Italy, Portugal and France. Whoever wrote this has never been in Spain at all.

Most USA men are not that tall. I am white, and so is my husband, from the USA and he is 5'10" yet in Spain where we live for 2 yrs due to work/school and next to all of those white Spanish men he was shorter than most of them. Why do you think their tennis players average is 6'2". In Italy they were around 5'10". They also have tall players at the NBA.

This is so outdated and wrong. I am from the USA and lived in Spain for 2 yrs and most Spaniards are over 6' tall. What short nation would have so many NBA players: Pau Gasol etc and the average of the Spanish tennis players are over 6'2" My husband, we are both white USA folks, is 5'10" and most of the time he was shorter than most Spaniards. That was the same in all across Spain north or south, west or east. They also have some of the top male world models and they are 6'2"-6'4"

P.S. Checking the net: -as reliable as it might be- Average for the Dinaric Alps region is 178 cm (only men). Average for Sweden 181 cm, average for the Netherlands 183. Average for Spain 175 cm.

I agree with you 100%. American is not tall at all in the world now. They may be only as tall as some Eastern Asian ethnics(Northern Chinese and South Korean). Many nations are much taller than Americans. I am really confused that why many Americans are so short!

It is cool to see that you are all so open minded, living together with your husband AND your boyfriend.

It is 2019 now. There are some new data:

    Montenegro 18 years old 2017 183.4 cm
The tallest region there is 185.5 cm

    B&H 22 years old 2015 183.9cm

    South Croatia 18 years old 2017 182.6cm
The tallest town reachs 187 cm

I am disappoianted with these records. I thought the newest generation in Montenegro, B&H and Croatia should be 190 cm.

But I think the newest generation in Europe and North America must be much taller than one decade ago.
